Sprite tasted like it has chemicals in it . Threw it in the trash.
The biscuit was ice cold and old .
The gravy was water . Zero thickness just grey looking water . Tasted nasty .
The bacon and eggs were good.
Go to the new Pelham location by tractor supply. They’re more consistent and worth the short extra drive you will have to make.

Descent location but my problem is they get your order wrong quite a bit. Very frustrating to get home and find not what you ordered in the bag. Even though live close by we prefer the Jacks on the other side of the interstate in Pelham.

Jacks in Helena is a joke. I ordered a sweet tea. I got an unsweetened. I asked for another, which was met with attitude. Once again, unsweetened. The employee tells me they are out. Why not say that to begin with?

This place is so dirty. It’s not busy and there is food all over the floor. Spilled water on counters. Every single table is covered in sticky stuff and crumbs. Disgusting!!

Why are people still going here? I have never seen such a horribly ran restaurant in my life. The service is absolute trash (never seen such rudeness in an establishment), employees (yes, plural) smoking at the front door. Outside the area was trashed all around it and the inside was disgusting. It felt like I was a hindrance for spending money there, which I apologize for and won't let it happen again. The cooking area also looked unkempt. We walked out.

Came through DT at 8:33pm to get dinner for family. The girl on the speaker wasnt very polite but thats the perusal at this jacks so im not shocked. They were waiting on chicken so they asked me to park. Np. At 8:53 I proceeded to go inside to check on food cause I think they forgot about me. I let 2 young girls with black hair know that I was still waiting on my food now for 20 mins. They said they were still waiting on chicken. I told the girls there is noway your still waiting on chicken still 20mins later. She said they had orders b4 me but I was the only person in DT and there was noone inside. (But there was 3 -teenagers outside smoking and vaping at the door entrance. 2 in jacks uniforms.) This statement upsets them and they said well we are waiting do you still want your food or not. Yes of course that's why I'm in here. They took out the other cars food that ordered 15mins after me. While im standing there now waiting. And they got chicken as well. I'm getting nasty looks from both girls. Like I did something wrong. All I wanted was food for my kids and to go home. Just because I didn't feed into their lies they got an attitude. The manager did come over and apologize and said their was a kitchen miscommunication and proceeded to give me a refund. Do I think he will do anything about the 2 girls that mistreated me...absolutely not. Chicken was fresh but the gravy was super thick and lumpy and just looked old. So I didn't eat it due to it not looking appetizing and not wanting to risk getting sick. It's sad I can't even eat at a restaurant in my hometown and get good service cause they allow their employees to run the restaurant with no management.

On 12/22/24 my family ordered Via the app, 4 deluxe breakfast plates. When we arrived 20 mins later, the staff acted as if they had no idea of the order. The lady at the window was EXTREMELY rude and asked what we had. After being told she scoffed and demanded that we pulled forward while they “figure it out”. Another employee came out 5 separate times to check our receipt, which verified that we ordered to the correct store and still managed to screw up the order. The worst part is, my wife ordered a coffee with caramel and somehow received TEA WITH CARAMEL…I’m not sure how you mix that up but it seemed pretty deliberate.
Worst experience we have ever had with Jacks by far.

We went on 12/04/2024 at around 5:30 and ordered via drive thru. We understand that it's a busy time but man... out of Large drink cups and still charged for a large meal, got the medium cups and they were only filled half way. The fries more than soggy and cold and the staff was plain rude. We used to like to come here, but I guess paying a little more for better service is worth going somewhere else.
Ordered online.... went to pick up & they never recd the order....so I had to wait...which defeated the purpose of me placing an online order

By far the worst customer service and experience i have ever had at this establishment. The management was extremely rude! My family left there without our order and gladly went to Zaxbys up the street! We won't be back and this restaurant will not see another penny of my money.

First time visiting Jack's. Where has this place been all my life? The gravy biscuits were phenomenal, fluffy biscuits with plenty of gravy. The steak biscuits were a think of beauty, fresh, and cooked to perfection. Maybe it was because I was really hungry. Maybe it was the wake and bake, or maybe, just maybe, it was just that good. I will be doing more research on this chain and will let you know.
