I downloaded the app and ordered delivery for 2 pizzas tonight. It's a mile away. It arrived quickly. I didn't have cash on me. So, when I placed the order I saw that the Delivery Fee of $3.99 was there and then I added a $3 tip. Well, it appears that door dash is used to deliver the pizzas. When the driver arrived, she said that she never received a tip. In fact, she received $2 and that was it. What in the deceitful corrupt practices is this?

Every time I go, I have to wait more than 20 minutes for a “hot and ready” pepperoni pizza. It's ridiculous. And on top of that, the staff always has a bad attitude.

I was just there, I pulled up to the drive-thru and sat there for 10 minutes before I ever saw anyone. When the guy saw me he came over to the window and yanked it open. Open. Say a single word, just stood there. I asked for a lunch special and he took my card without saying a single word. Didn't tell me a total or anything for that matter. Then just handed me the receipt and my card back. How rude can you be? Do you even train these people? And on top of that he's dirty and grungy looking. You should hold your employees to a higher standard when they are handling food!

I have spent the last 10 min calling their number and getting hung up on… I really do t want an app and just want my pizza to be ready when I get there… the food is usually fine, most of the kids I see in there are working very hard, just alone… I know there has to be someone in charge of hiring…

Ordered a pizza on the app and the pizza was ready in the portal quicker than the time given. Pizza was great, hot, and the crust was awesome.

Sat at the drive through for about 20 minutes while the works passed by and looked at me and never came to the window and the lady behind gave up and parked and went to the door and said the girl in there just looked at her and went into the bad mind you this is an hour before closing worst experience I’ve had here will not be going back

I was the first one who came to this pizza place and somehow ended up being the last one getting my order a whole group of doordash people came with there pizzas not finished but everytime they finished they gave the pizzas to the doordash people mind you i only ordered two pizzas and most of these people had like 4 and 3 and yet i was the last one they had even forgot my order do not come to this place all they do is take forever

Unfortunately, the negative reviews are true 😫. The blonde haired man with glasses who works the window is everything that the reviews claim. Super cold and not personable. After I ordered he handed me a device to pay and talked to me like I was stupid because I didn’t see it was asking me to tip. Really? I’ve never been asked to tip at this location ever and I’m normally one to tip but after how distasteful he acted I just couldn’t. I came here to read reviews to see maybe if it was a bad day? No. Hopefully a manager can see these comments and recognize an issue with their customer service 😅 the pizza was good tho
