I have only doordashed food from this establishment, but we have ordered it in 3 or 4 times and it’s been fantastic every time. We’ve had different things from the beef nachos, chimichangas, fajita bowl, quesadillas, etc. The salsa is fresh and everything is always great.

This review is based on a pick up order and I’m 100% sure it would be better hot & fresh if we had ate in! The salsa was so fresh & tasty. The street tacos were fantastic, but a little soggy. They don’t skimp on the filling, so much steak and chicken! The beans & cheese were just alright. The rice was okay too! I will be back to try again more menu items & to eat in person! Overall, I really enjoyed the meal & it was all really greatly priced.

We recently found ourselves in Helena, Alabama for the first time—and honestly, we didn’t even know Los Arcos existed. We stopped in on a complete whim, and I’m so glad we did. What started as a spontaneous decision turned into a fantastic dining experience.
The food came out quickly, and the portions were huge. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. The staff truly stood out—overly friendly in the best way possible and attentive to our every need without ever being intrusive. You really feel welcomed the moment you walk in.
Los Arcos also does margaritas right. Their classic margarita was very good, and the coconut margarita was especially impressive. They offer several other flavors as well, giving everyone plenty of options. The only minor downside was that the salsa seemed a little watered down, but it certainly wasn’t a dealbreaker given how good everything else was.
This location also offers a happy hour from 5 to 9 with very reasonable prices, which makes it an even better stop whether you’re grabbing dinner or just unwinding with a drink. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and gives off a genuine feel of Mexico, making it a comfortable place to relax and enjoy a meal.
If you’re in the Helena area—or just passing through—and looking for great Mexican food with generous portions, friendly service, and solid margaritas, I highly recommend stopping by Los Arcos and giving it a try.

Seriously the best! I love that the cater their audience with excellent options as well as having authentic options! I order the same two things the pizza barría and street burritos but my four year old daughter is always… exploring. The staff is wonderful and kind. This is our go to spot when momma (me) is not cooking. I’m taking the time to write this review because I chose to order from this restaurant instead of dining in or picking for the first time. How we normally order the food wasn’t listed on the menu. Natalia, one of our in house favorites took our call and stayed on the phone with me and guided me to make sure tonight’s dinner was as wonderful as if we dined in with them. I truly love this place and it has become apart of our home. Thank you Larcos!
To begin with, they welcome you with a friendly smile, take you to your table and immediately bring you free chips and salsa. These are just perfect, not too thin that they break, not too salty, not too oily, and the salsa is very tasty and is not served cold, but room temp, as it should. There are many choices on the menu but they make the best Carne Asada, which comes with plenty of refried beans, rice, guacamole, grilled onions and green peppers, and even a grilled hatch chile, a grilled nopal and a grilled sprout onion. Enough food to dine twice. Their hibiscus agua fresca is made from scratch, not from powder, and is sweet but not too sweet, just perfect. Their flan is simply delicious! Our server was very sweet and friendly. The check was super reasonable, not overpriced at all. I've been there 3 times and it's been a good experience every time. I will definitely go back and highly recommend this Mexican restaurant.

Food was terrible and very bland, service wasn’t great, the biggest issue was the flavorless food. Even the cheese quesadilla, rice and beans🤢 when we paid the man up front asked how it was and we told him it was very bland as respectfully as possible, he was very kind.
