Ordered from app and went through the drive through. Was told to pull into a parking spot. After waiting 20 minutes, I went inside to see where my food was. It was right there for who knows how long. I guess they were never going to bring it out. After all this they still got my order wrong. Customer service in this country is laughable

1st of all every time I go here they are rude. I say thank you but they just look at me with straight faces. It takes forever even when it’s not busy, and they gave me a drink with ants in it. Not only did my drink have ants in it they were ALIVE!! Do not recommend.

This mcdonalds is an absolute joke. They open when they feel like it. They dont care about customer service at all. And if you complain they say it's McDonald's what do you expect. They rarely open on time usually 15 to 30 mins late.

Google really needs to make it available for you to post zero stars because one star feels like they actually do something and that’s not the case. I’ve never come to this restaurant and Actually gotten my entire order the first try I have to search my bag and make sure what have they missed this time? Never leave a review because hey it’s McDonald’s. They basically suck but seriously had a worker drop off my order and let me waiting outside when I told them what was missing because they were so adamant they had put it in the bag really you thought I just go away awful

Walked in and stood there for sevetal minutes while employees just looked at me. This would be a great place to put a fast food restaurant. I get 30 minutes for lunch and I'll be damned if I spend it waiting on incompetence. Not to mention about half of the McDonald's I stop at the lobby is closed and the drive thru line wraps around the building. Im not sure what has happened but I'll go to Burger King or Wendys from now on, McDonald's needs to get there shit together.

The food is always on point at this location, the employees are all nice and friendly, my order has never been wrong, and the fries have never been old or cold. Hands down the best McDonald’s in this area from Birmingham to Clanton. 10/10 badabababa McLovin’ it

We showed up right before 9pm at time to lock the doors and they were super friendly and let us stay and finish our meal. One of the nicest cashiers ever at a McDonald's. The quarter pounders were juicy and freshly cooked. French fries super crisp and just cooked as well. Definitely better than we expected. We will be back.

This place is horrible since they let that young lady go it takes forever to get DoorDash. They won't even greet you when you walk in. The general manager/supervisor doesn't even acknowledge what is going on on top of that telling people people as in customers on why one of their employees doesn't work there anymore which is very unprofessional and supposed to be confidential. I wouldn't let my dog apply for a job here terrible ... Kids walking around acting like they don't even see the employees that standing in the front. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one that witnessed this.

Today’s mistakes:
Ordered my “Free Friday Fries” 🍟 which is supposed to be a Medium size: got a kids size.
Ordered a Plain Hamburger: literally got just a bun.
Ordered a Large sweet tea, Light ice: The ice was up to the top when I finished my drink after just a few sips.
Not gonna lie, we will still order here because it is the closest one to us. Just about every other order something is wrong. It is frustrating. Do better!

Not one of them acknowledged the customers at the counter. They all saw us standing there, but never approached to greet, take an order or see what we may be waiting on. Arrived at 7:52 for a DD order that was to be ready by 7:54; at 8:04 the order still wasn't prepared. Yet your pulling orders to the "serving now" screen to appear efficient. Not efficient when you have to wait 12+ minutes for food or to be acknowledged while chatting away in the kitchen.
