The employees were unhelpful and rude. When they rung up my friends order incorrectly they had no desire to fix/acomadate the mistake. It took them at least an hour for four meals. One of the men had an AirPod in and seemed bothered when asked for updates. Several other customers complained as well!! Don’t go if you expect good or “fast” food!!

Both drive through lanes were open, they were only working one. The lady taking my order sounded annoyed to have to actually do her job. Not a good experience at all.

I go to this mcdonalds location every 2 weeks on Sunday after my daughter(6) and i clean the office at my work and then go to park then she wants her kids meal. (11-23) 11:01 order 264 , we stopped in to get her food and i ordered a kids meal 6 piece nugget with BBQ sauce and it took about 15 minutes to get the food and then she was going to eat when we got home about 25 minutes away, she opens it up and there is a piece of sausage cheese and egg in the nugget box which I took pictures of. I tried calling no answer so I had to drive back to mcdonalds and when I walked in I went to the counter and the front crew looked at me and didnt say anything , no hey we'll be right with you or anything , so a gentleman was walking bye named Derrick and I asked him to get the manager who was in his office so he walked back there and Derrick walked back and said he wants to know what I need , so I began to tell him and show him the product they put in the nugget box and then the manager walked up between the front of the house and kitchen and still didnt speak or apologize when Derrick showed him what was in the nugget box, he just turned around and went back to his office. To be a manager and not care one bit about the situation or apologize is really bad and sad that people like that can manage a business. I will no longer go to that McDonald's in Helena anymore due to this incident, a simple apology would have been nice but there's people in this world who dont care and I guess he is there to just collect a check.

Hour stated open at 5AM. Arrived shortly after opening and sat at the drivethru for 5 mins. There was clearly someone inside. Tried the door and it was locked.

Terrible, they can’t get a simple order right. Third time ordering the same thing and third time they can’t get the order. This franchise owner needs to replace the management, they are getting paid too much to be complacent.

Your store has a very consistent problem. Three times in the past two months I have ordered Dr Pepper and have been given Diet Dr Pepper. I have driven back to the store twice and both times they have the wrong syrup hooked up to the machine.

Easy solution: stop offering Diet Dr Pepper if you can’t manage to keep it from affecting people ordering regular Dr Pepper. This is too ridiculous of a problem to happen more than once in such a short time span. Please pay attention.

Avoid at all cost. Drive to Alabaster or Pelham for McDonald’s (or go to CFA). You’ve been warned…

Ordered from app and went through the drive through. Was told to pull into a parking spot. After waiting 20 minutes, I went inside to see where my food was. It was right there for who knows how long. I guess they were never going to bring it out. After all this they still got my order wrong. Customer service in this country is laughable
