My husband and I just had lunch from Pizza Hut in Helena. It’s one of the best pizzas I’ve had in years . Absolutely perfect from the crust to the toppings. We’ll be eating pizza from there for a long time to come. Not only was the pizza great, but the store manager was super nice. Great business and a great manager. Thank you!!!
The cheese sticks were great as well as the veggie pizza . The two 7 dollar pizzas was like eating cardboard . They were hard and no flavor . Was very disappointed

The girl that came to the front counter was very rude and unprofessional! I had initially picked contactless service for a reason because I was sick ended up having to go in and get my order because nobody ever came out to give me my order. When I told her that I had requested contactless service, she pulled up my order and said well I don’t see it here. I said well it was put in on the app, she said was there a reason why you put in for contactless? I said yes because I’m sick she opened the pizza box. Show me my pizza. I said it looks fine. She says here’s your pizza you may now leave. .

I had a delivery order tonight, the order went fine and I got what I ordered but instead of sending a delivery driver of their own they sent door dash driver. And when the door dasher came with my food the total had gone up to $35 when Pizza Hut had originally told me $27. That’s an almost $10 difference I did not have, I had to ask my friend for the extra money to be able to get the food I had called Pizza Hut and ordered.
If they are going to send door dash to do their delivering they need to tell you about the extra $10 they charge instead of just pulling up and surprising you with it. Because what would have happened if I couldn’t find that $10?

The pizza is so bad I'd compare it to frozen pizza in Walmart or Little Caesars... If you want good pizza, go to Marco's.

Horrible!! The food is always burnt!! Doesn't matter what or when you order. Its always behind even if there is no crowd. This place was decent for a few months when the new guy was manager. He has moved on and this place is back to trash. I WILL NOT waste another dime here ever!! Marcos is next door as well as original pizza! Walmart also, anything is better!!

Ordered carry out of Meat Lovers extra cheese and picked it up hot! Got home and found what meat was on it was baked in the middle/center of pizza with no extra cheese. 2-3” from edge was sauce only. Rushed maybe ? I’ll try again. Everyone can have a bad day.

Very friendly staff that went above and beyond.
The customer service here is terrible & disappointing. The manager there today on 11/25/23 had the most terrible customer service I’ve experienced, and I have been in customer service for 10 years. They never smile, are rude and condescending, and talk in a patronizing tone. The order was running 20 minutes late when we got there, and we had to wait another 10-15 minutes after we got there. We ordered 5 pizzas online for a birthday party: 4 pepperoni, 1 cheese. For the cheese pizza, we asked for extra cheese instead of a topping. The woman at the desk greeting us with a sour face and said “Are you the girl who ordered 5 pizzas?” We were told that they tried calling us for clarification of the order, because the instructions were not clear. (Not sure what is so hard about extra cheese..) We did miss the call due to us being at the grocery store next door getting groceries. She lectured us on how we ordered incorrectly and that they would not be able to give us extra cheese due to the price difference being $.40 short for extra cheese.I offered to pay the difference & asked if they would accept that. She said she could do that if we canceled the entire order, throw out all the pizzas, and re-make all the pizzas. I told her she could just re-do the one pizza, or just add a little cheese to existing one as it would melt. They would literally be put $40 if they did what she suggested. I said don’t worry about it. We’re in a hurry, and the pizzas were supposed to be done 20 minutes ago - extra cheese or not. We just want a cheese pizza at this point. That female employee was not nice at all. Normally in a situation like this they would just say “I’m sorry. We were not able to add the cheese” and move on. The manager came to explain all of this to us in a very rude, patronizing tone. I finally said to him “stop talking to my mom as if she’s stupid, and go get the pizzas. We’re in a hurry at this point.” He went to get the pizzas, came back, and said “Since there was some confusion regarding the toppings, let’s open each pizza to look at it and make sure it looks okay.” He opened each box obviously as slowly as he could. Asked us, as if we were children, “Does this look okay?” We said yes to the first 3 pizzas. He then stops & says “Is there a problem?” I finally said “No. Give us the pizzas!” So we got the pizzas and left.

The new management has made me once again happy to patronize the local store.
It would be a zero because I asked if they had chips and if they still sold the small pizza and I got hung up on befor I could even place my order. The lady also refused to serve others at the dance studio.
