Hidden Gem. Home cooked soul food at it's finest. I absolutely Love Love this restaurant. I usually go on Sunday and is worth the 50 minute drive.

This place is usually so good, but tonight all of our chicken was overcooked. Chicken fingers, Chicken Philly, Chicken Alfredo. I paid $70.
I wish they would make the fries from scratch too.
I'll be back when I get over the price shock because I always forget how expensive it is, but tonight was definitely a miss.

The food is good. I tried the alfredo after paying 17.00 nothing came with it just pasta, sauce, chicken, and spinach no bread or side. I thought I broke a tooth because some seed was in it almost like a popcorn kernel but bigger. It was very off putting. Another order I placed came with sweet potatoes I was served mashed potatoes instead and was not notified of the error or change

This place thrives because it’s nothing else around. The food is cool, but customer service needs work. I hate that for the owner because he started off good. Please take this review as room for growth and improvement. I cannot spend anymore money for poor customer service. I went to the drive thru and the lady looked at me with a blank stare waiting to hear what I wanted…she walked off conversing with others and scrolling on her cell phone. She gave me the menu to complete which I did and waited 3-5 mins for someone to get it back for the other young lady to tell me they have no corn which was on the menu. I cannot….not today…not ever

Another delicious meal from Refined to Go!! This was the lobster shrimp pasta with sausage, cheese and bacon! Yum yum yum! Can’t wait to try the rest of the fall menu!

Had the pleasure of trying Refined To Go today for lunch with the wife and it was great quality, handmade, and generous portion sizes. I was iffy about the pricing and assumed it was another restaurant passing off premade Sysco items at a high price trying to imitate a nice sit down place and this is FAR FROM THAT. That vibe is great and it seems like a small team so everything is prepared fresh and to order. We called in and the wait was about twenty minutes which is better than most pizza places in the area. We ordered the blackened salmon with spinach and mashed potatoes as well as the blackened chicken alfredo. The blackened seasoning was heavily applied (as it should be) and the cream sauce for the salmon was delicious. My wife appreciated the sautéed spinach as something delicious and green on the plate. The alfredo was rich and creamy and had just the right amount of lemon juice to really make it pop but not have a sour after taste.
These are the types of places we as a community need to be spending our money, the hard work and passion is present in the quality and taste of the food.
What a real hidden gem we have in Helena . Our food was sooooo good !! We had the lemon rosemary chicken which was seasoned to perfection , along with collard greens , Mac & Cheese . If your wondering where to go on a Sunday for a soul food dinner , give this place a try , you won’t be disappointed and from the looks of the menu during the week and the other reviews , it looks like everything Chef Jeff makes is tasty .

My husband brought me Refined to Go today for lunch! Let me just tell ya’ll, this place is amazing! I got the blackened chicken salad and my husband got the blackened salmon on mashed potatoes with crawfish. The spinach in my salad is super fresh! It came with strawberries and pickled red onions as well as feta and pecans. All of those tied together in a balsamic dressing had my taste buds dancing! I had a bite of my husband’s blackened salmon and it was perfectly cooked a top the mashed potatoes. The chorizo crawfish cream sauce the salmon and mash potatoes were bathed in was absolutely divine! This place has truly mastered fine dining! I cannot recommend them enough! If you are ever in Helena please give them a try!!!!
