So when you go through a drive through and ask if they can please give you hot, fresh food and they say yes so you pay them and you get cold food and you ask why they didn’t give you fresh food and they respond that they don’t cook to order and tell you that you have to come in to get hot food so I did and the stupid little girl completely ignored me tossed the second round of cold food at me I thanked her and she wouldn’t answer me completely ignored my needs in every way im sorry I payed one dime to this place. Will never go back again. Thinking about going to court house getting owners name and home phone and giving him or her a call. Oh by the way there wasnt one customer in there or behind us. I have to give one star only because you have to to post

Getting someone to the counter to take your order is near impossible. Quality of food is very low if even the correct order.
I’ve eaten at this Taco Bell multiple nights out of desperation and it always disappoints. Do not eat at this biohazard. Your order will always be wrong and it will always be cold.

This was absolutely not even close to what I ordered. My lettuce was brown. Soggy, no beans. Everything was swimming in water. I understand that it’s fast food, I understand it’s cheap, not so cheap. I need food that at least don’t look like slop and it’s intentions is not to make me sick. The lady did give me my money back but I just can’t get over they thought this was okay. Helena, Alabama Taco Bell Ya’ll gotta get right!!!
