Every time I go to this location, my hard tacos are always on the bottom of the bag, underneath everything, crushed to oblivion and I can't even eat it properly. Not only is this an issue, but I frequently get missing items in my orders, sometimes it's a free item from a reward, other time ls it's just part of a regular order and I still miss a $3 or $4 item. This is getting ridiculous because this location use to be the best in the area, now I can't even get a simple hard taco without it being smashed.

They can't get my order correct. Then I'm told it is my fault by someone else because the drive thru cashier is too good to repeat my order or tell me the price. She just ignores me and someone else has to speak for her. I submitted a complaint to corporate but it was ignored. Now I drive by to wait in line somewhere else a lot longer and pay more. The other restaurants are busy. Taco bell is empty and no cars are in line anymore because of the horrible attitude and culture there.

Unless you use the kiosk, it's usually a long wait at counter,with not everyone having a debit card it's offensive to use currency in most locations because of the staff being rude to cash paying customers.

Love this location. I’m a night owl and no matter how soon I come to closing they always take care of me with no issues. A lot of restaurants have limited items late night or they are closing earlier than their posted hours.

I picked up an online order at 12:37 on 6/19. The two employees were so awesome and so nice and so cool. My food was fresh and tasty and accurate. This is probably my favorite Taco Bell location in the area and I will drive past multiple locations to go to this one specifically. I <3 the Helena Bell
