I’ve been a loyal customer at the Helena Waffle House for years, but I’m extremely disappointed with the recent decline in service. A newly hired female employee has consistently served incorrect orders, burned food (especially the waffles), and shown little to no effort in correcting mistakes. I’m not the only one experiencing this — others in my circle have had the same problems with her and it’s ONLY happening on the OVERNIGHT crew.
This level of negligence is unacceptable, and it’s clear she’s either not trained properly or not taking her role seriously. Until this issue is resolved, I will no longer dine at this location and will advise others to avoid it as well. I will not continue to spend my money or offer decent tips for service that is careless and unprofessional.
I strongly urge management to take immediate action.

Passed 3 waffle houses becouse helena is the best, not tonight ordered sweet tea which was spoiled ordered chili on my overcooked hashbrowns ,The server forgot after 10 minutes I questioned it she said it hasn't been started yet do you won't me to take it off no I'm waiting with cold hashbrowns now ok brings chili it's cold so we ordered waffles which we got at the end of the meal ok so nothing to drink becouse the tea never got ready so 60 dollars later I'm hungry and thirsty

This is a terrific place to eat breakfast after the morning crowds have come and gone. The food was cooked just right. The atmosphere was calm. The staff was friendly, happy to take our hours and offered suggestions just in case we had forgotten something. It has plenty of eating spaces. Hope to return here on our next two visits to this county. Excellent, peaceful, calm place to start your day off the right way with beautiful, outstanding waitresses.
