Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ordered 2 sandwiches, cheddar bites, wings, and ranch fries. Got 20 wings, two orders of fries, and some chicken fingers. Staffing must be turned over every other week for it to be as bad as it is - almost never an order completely right, and if it is you’ll wait 15+ minutes for it or be forgotten after being told to “pull forward.” An absolute schitt show every time and nothing to look forward to.

Meatless chicken fingers burnt to a crisp! Soggy fries! A drive thru line wrapped around the building that never moves at any hour of the day! What more could anyone ask for? Ordered online? The person in front of you didn't and their order is going to take A LONG TIME. Curbside? Press that button until you're blue in the face that food isn't coming out to you. I'm pretty sure I read about this place in a book by some guy named Dante.

Terrible… 2 salads, 2 combos. Given NO FORKS, SAUCE or NAPKINS. Must be owned and worked by all teenagers. Had to stop and buy forks just to eat as we kept driving. This is the case and reason why corporate get contacted about poor franchise owners & locations

Took 15 minutes after we ordered to get our food. People after us received their orders before us....very frustrating! Food was good but wait time was ridiculous.

God it was AMAZING 🤩🤩🤩. All the employees were very nice and the managers are very professional.

Portion sizes are poor. I was ordered a chicken finger plate and asked for cheese bites instead of fries and when I received my order I noticed there was fries and cheese bites and was told by the cashier that they are unable to sub fries for cheese bites and that she just added it onto my order. That is something that you need to be told before payment is received, this staff needs to be trained better and if you are not able to change the side on the meal then the employees should be aware of how to properly convey the message. No utensils, no napkins, and overall poor service, will not be going back to this location.

Edit to a 2 year old review. Fries were cold per usual. Toast was definitely not toasted. Staff is not welcoming! And the kids meal is terrible for the price. I suggest the chickfila across the street or a different location for better results.

Thanks for an absolutely disgusting lunch today! I rarely write reviews on fast food. But I've eaten at this location plenty of times as I work around here. Today was completely awful. There was no survey code on the receipt or an option to leave feedback on the app so this is my best option. I placed a mobile order on the app. It said 11 minutes, I was late by 10 minutes to pick up. Good thing because it wasn't even ready. Waited 17 more minutes for my food. I didn't check the food because I needed to get back to work. This is probably the worst chicken sandwich I've gotten from any fast food place. The chicken fillet was so overcooked. They put the wrong sauce on it, and something was wrong with the pickles they tasted rancid. I could not eat this. So no lunch for me today, and wasted $10 on this trash.

Y’all keep playing with me handing me old nasty food i see why i stopped eating zaxbys and y’all reminded me why i should’ve stayed from eating it my stomach hurts so bad i might have to go to the hospital i asked for tossed in sauce yalll dipped it , swirled it , then dipped again and then thrown back in the sauce. it was more sauce then meat.
