I love mcdonalds, IF THEY WOULD TAKE MY ORDER IN THE DRIVE THRU...Ive come 3 different times in the last month or so, and no one even attempted to take me order. With me sayin, hello? Excuse me?? Anyone their??? Might i add, each time was round 2 or 3 in the day. so where was everyone at? Obvioulsy not wearin their headset or doin their job for that matter.

22 construction came in the restaurant while I was eating. Apparently he was mad that he couldn't figure out how to place an order at the drive-thru, what a dummy. He came in screaming at and threatening the manager. She's pregnant, what a gem. He was asked to leave because he came in very aggressively. People that think they can abuse fast food workers are despicable. I recommend you don't do business with this company. Imagine how they treat you after you learn how they treat pregnant women.

I sat in the Drive-Thru for over 5 minutes I end up having to call up to the McDonald's trying to speak to the lady explaining to her that I'm at the drive-thru she seemed very high on the phone I had to go inside the McDonald's they were very disrespectful they still had the old person's menu pulled up on the drive-thru. Please have the owner of this place place get ahold of use. As this your workers want to go on out company page and leve a bad review saying we are women betters. That has nothing to do with your workers not doing there job when there is a line of cars waiting at the drive-thru and they are not taking any orders.
McDonald's needs to go back to what they were in the 80's this service sucks!

i found a rat in my 20 peace nuggets and only got 19 nuggets i don't think a dead rat counts as a nugget.Kid-friendliness: gave my child a fried rat in his 20 peace.

The Henagar, AL McDonald's is the cleanest one I've ever been too. The food is fresh and the employees are always friendly and professional. It reminds me of how McDonald's was 30-40 years ago growing up as a kid. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
