McDonald's is a family-friendly and affordable restaurant, perfect for grandkids and large groups. However, some customers have faced issues with drive-thru service, experiencing long waits and unresponsive staff. One customer even witnessed a disturbing incident involving an angry construction worker. Despite these negative encounters, McDonald's remains a popular choice for quick and budget-friendly meals, as long as you're willing to overlook the occasional service mishap.
