We love jacks but they are good at not getting what you ordered out to you and your husband makes it all the way home when we realize that someone isn’t going to eat … You would think said husband would learn to check the bag because if happens frequently but he never learns! I know mornings are tuff for some and can be hectic with so many orders I’m not being rude whatsoever. Keep working and giving it your all because I promise you aren’t going unnoticed…… 🩷
Well I eat here alot but last night was one of the times that makes ne not wanna go back. Lt was getting close to closing and I ordered a #1 Big jack combo and asked for everything on the burger (the works) and I always ask for this. But I have to explain it everytime and its like they dont know that the works mean everything. Also I asked if my fries and drink to be upsized and also asked if I could please get fresh fries. Personally I think it was great food service and everything never had an issue. I honestly think that some of the other reviews on here people just need to suck it up stop being a bunch of babies stop being so difficult to deal with. If you want absolutely perfection then maybe you should try to work here and see how difficult it is to deal with a difficult customer.
