No pickles since months and other issues problems behave woman refused service after I upset no pickles I put money on counter she refused service and walked away I waited 5 min until other woman come finish service it’s too rude!!!!!!!!! As Arby’s headquarters please stop hire someone who has mental behavior!

Food tasted so good and all employee's were very nice and went out their way to give us great service.
Easy and quick and correct! That's ny favorite things about fast food and this Arby's hit the head of the nail. They did a great job took less than 5 mins pulling in ordering and receiving food. Food was hot and correct and good and service was polite.
Why are y’all ALWAYS hiring. Never hire ppl, then when you do, you hire the wrong ones LOL get it together management!!!!!

I saw a commercial advertising Arby's new wagu burgers and decided to give them a try over a lazy weekend. The Homewood location is my go to and I've yet to have any issues with an order.I tried the bacon ranch burger and the first thing I noticed was how thick the patty was. This is far from your traditional fast food patty. The burger was also loaded with toppings, an adequate amount of them and sauce.Overall it was a good decision; I paired it with curly fries and they were bomb as always.

Well, at the drive-thru, the lady working the window was in a crazy rush. For starters No receipt was given. Wrong sauces for sandwich. And forgot my dessert. It amazing how people just do not care.
