This was my first ever time at BBB. And oh boy let me say how marvelous this experience was. First of all the food was delicious. Second of all Luke was the most attentive and polite waiter. And third of all I think his name was Matt, he had great customer service as well. But overall what made my experience so magical was Luke. Best breakfast I could’ve ever asked for, 10/10.

Big Bad Breakfast was fantastic! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — especially the biscuits and pancakes. Our server, Luke, was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Great atmosphere, great service, great food. Highly recommend!

The service at this place is PHENOMENAL. A young man named Luke took my order and oh my goodness. Luke did not only get my order flawlessly correct (I had a complicated order due to dietary restrictions) but always stepped up and offered refills and more napkins when needed. Needless to say I will DEFINITELY be returning most likely very soon!!! Thank you so much Luke and BBB!!!!!

I’ve never been a huge breakfast guy, but I’ve got to say that’s all changed. I was feeling a little adventurous so I ordered the French toast and I must say it was exquisite. My service was incredible. I want to give a Big Bad shoutout to Luke. He was an incredible server and really made my experience as good as possible. He was quick on refills, extremely polite, and a very put together young man. I will definitely be returning here soon.

Wanted to have a nice breakfast with my kids and we always love going to BBB but this experience… omg. The server that waited on us was named Luke and he was the nicest and attentive guy, I felt like I could’ve told him anything I wanted to and he could get it done for me. The mood in there was so warm and jolly like it was Christmas morning in October. Definitely one of my best dining experiences and it was all thanks to Luke!

Went for a treat myself breakfast on my birthday. The waiter Luke took back my French toast it was raw . Later to get my tab and see they charged me . The waiter LUKE said I ate it so I had to pay . He took the raw food back . Lied said that’s what the manager said . I asked for the manager he confirmed that was a lie . Will never be back !!
