? love this place. I hate that I live so far away, but they have a wonderful atmosphere. There's lit, heated outdoor seating, ample indoor seating downstairs, and even conference rooms upstairs to accommodate business meetings. I got a dirty chai latte (which I found out was actually the caffeinated version; a regular chai isn't, apparently ? oops).
Reed was very helpful to take my order and Ginny (I'm assuming the owner or manager) told me they already had 19 locations all over the SE. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. My drink was delicious and reasonably priced.
I ended up sitting upstairs and had a pleasant, quiet place to type without distraction. The whole cafe was immaculately clean, too, which- even after a year of being open- is sometimes hard to find. Will definitely be back when possible!

I love Bitty & Beau's Coffee in Birmingham. My sisters and I were there for the weekend, and discovered this sweet coffee shop. I highly, highly recommend that you go see them any time you can. The coffee was great, the food was good, and the staff are just amazing. Don't take me word for it. Go! ?
Dietary restrictions: My one sister avoids dairy and they had no issues with that at all.
Parking: The parking lot is small, and since I don't know the area, I can't suggest any alternatives.

I have been there twice coffee, chai tea, and hot chocolate awesome. ?
Here is the problem.... parking. There is not enough parking, or at least as a visitor, I haven't figured it out. I am staying 20 mins away, and it makes no sense to drive over there and can't find a parking spot. I think that is the only reason I am giving them 3 stars for atmosphere.
Well, I am leaving today anyway. I'm not sure on a Saturday if I should try it again. ?

This coffee shop is great! We lived in Portland, OR for 12 years, where we definitely became coffee connoisseurs of a sort. We like our coffee (and in our case, espresso) strong and complex.
They gave excellent espresso here, the service is great, very friendly, the place is darling, and they employ developmentally disabled folks, helping to ensure inclusion in our society. It's a great place to support, and if we lived out this way, it would be a regular coffee shop for us.
My only wish would be for a couple gluten free options, but that doesn't seem to have caught on yet in Alabama, understandably.

The whole experience is so Inclusive for the customer and the employees who seem more like great friends who just work together. And the drinks are great i got the mint chocolate frappe with my wife and we have found our new spot 10/10 will recommen. You won't find a spot like this somewhere else
