Came here on 3/16/25..drive thru was taken care of first in restaurant for over 30 mins just to get 2 piece tenders..bad service..they laughed and said it was his fault. They gave food to drive thru instead of rotating orders from drive thru to dining never seen such terrible service in my whole life.needs to be under new management..from 104pto 145 pm to get food lunch over.

Never thought I would give a bad review for a chick-fila. They are definitely not created equal. I work around the corner from here and come because of the convenience. Every time I leave, I’m reminded of why I don’t like coming here. This morning I came to grab the guys something for our morning meeting. The order was completely wrong. I order 6 of the same number, nothing special, just the number. That’s fine whatever but the freaking attitude.

Why have an app if you’re gonna make me wait 15 minutes after I arrive and serve walk ins before me. Every store now. Employees talking and ones not working taking whole store. Same all over Birmingham. Must be same franchise owner. We’ll hear this. How about you actually go in your stores or pay for some decent middle management.

Wrong time of day I guess? 9:30 a.m. must be too late in the morning to get a freshly made chicken biscuit combo. The hash browns were cold the biscuit was hard and the chicken had a cold rubbery texture. This was my friend's first Chick-fil-A biscuit. NOT GOOD AT ALL. 😐 She couldn't finish it.

I constantly come to this location, and they always forget to put something or an ingredient in my food that I ordered... but today they really went overboard... I ordered a couple extra orders of fries because they are delicious... but the people who work in the drive thru are either very busy on top of each other because there are a lot of people in the area or they just aren't interested in doing their job well. The fact is that they didn't give me the extra fries that I ordered or the ones that came in the combo. In short, this isn't the first time this has happened...
