Big fan of CSC here - but today got me messed up a lil. I ordered my usual, toasted wheat w buff barclay + lettuce and tomatoes. Okay it came out asap, no issues w that but they neglected to toast it AND didn’t put let and toms on it. I get it, everyone makes mistakes, I also am very VERY far from perfect. But if I receive a plate back because it’s lacking essential ingredients that promote a healthy wellbeing and make me feel a lil better about eating straight up mayo and chicken, I would do everything in my power to make it right. Right?! Well, that wasn’t the case today… I got my sammich back, still untoasted and no let bois or toe mates! Jeez Louise the sever brought me a to-go box containing my fixins and I had to fix my sammich myself. Had to even go as far as requesting a knife to cut my veggie bois. Overall, I’m not upset I’m just disappointed. If I spend 15 of my hard earned doll hairs on my lunch I need it to be superb!Ok, that is all. Thank you for coming to my Tay TalkPs. Your Diet Coke always slaps. Don’t ever change it baby!Pps- don’t come for me, I went to Auburn and I remember when y’all had fresh chocolate chip cookies everyday. I’m an OG. The food was fine. I decided to go because I hadn't been in a while. The only issue was that I ordered a melt, and it wasn't melted. I have gone to Chicken Salad Chick since it began. I enjoy their chicken salads. However, I am done with them after today. Actually, I was done with them after our last few incidents where the catering we ordered at work was not delivered on time. That was about 8 months ago. When we called about it, they didn't really seem to care. When they finally brought it to us late, it was missing alot of what we ordered. So I had to call back. Their staff is very lacking in decorum. I did speak with a manager later that apologized and delivered the food to us. However, it was brought about 1 hour and half after the initial order was supposed to have arrived and didn't. Our meeting had been over already and everyone had to eat what they could from the first delivery. Even though that happened, I still went to the store and ordered personally until I got tired of dealing with their staff that just doesn't seem to care about you and act bothered to see you. The Homewood restaurant is as slow as Christmas. Their prices also went sky high. So I voiced my issues to them directly. So after 8 months I decided to give it another try today. Places can change and fix their issues. Today the same thing happens and the line takes a while because only one person is taking orders. On the menu, I noticed a photo displayed of a special showing the strawberry pecan salad (in what appears to be a 7 inch round bowl) with a dilly-icious chicken salad scoop , crackers and a pickle. It also shows strawberry lemonade in a glass in the photo. No price listed. I asked if that was a combo deal and was told yes. I ordered it and was asked what dressing i wanted (not IF I wanted dressing). I chose lemon poppyseed. Then she asked IF I wanted a drink. So. it apparently does not come with a drink. Ok, fine... misleading but whatever. I also ordered a slice of pie as well. When I receive my order, I am given a tiny side salad that is about the size of the palm of my hand. I go back and ask the girl about it, pointing at the photo and explaining that I ordered the combo and she said "yes, sorry that is the size." You could tell by her face that she must get asked that often because it's no where near the size shown in the photo they advertise with. I checked back at the photo and it does not say "side salad" in the photo anywhere. I leave and get back to my office only to realize that there is no pie in the box. I check my receipt and thankfully wasn't charged for it. But I do learn that I was charged for the dressing! They charge you an extra $1 for dressing that goes on your salad because it apparently also doesn't come with dressing!!! I know every restaurant is sizing down their food containers and charging us more. But this is a whole other level of small and charging for dressing. I think it's tacky. And it seems they have not fixed any of their issues either. Thankfully, God has blessed me and I can spend whatever I need to for food. And I don't mind paying a reasonable amount for good food. But with CSC, we have passed that point. So I will respond as needed and I won't be going back.

Stopped in for lunch. I got the Fancy Nancy chicken salad on a crossiant with a scoop of pimento cheese. Both were delicious. The pimento cheese came with crackers and I also got a cookie on my plate. Would order Fancy Nancy again, but as a scoop, not on a crossiant. The pimento cheese was also great. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. Cute decor!

I just placed a pickup order here for the first time. I work a lot so I got a bulk of things. All I have to say is money well spent! I would have added a photo of how beautiful the food looked but I ate some of it lol. Thank you all for good customer service and quality food!

I don't know what was wrong with the cashier. She either wasn't listening, sleepy or just didn't want to be at work. She kept messing my order up. I had to repeat myself several times. Then she charged me for extra cookies, but I asked for extra pickles. My chicken salad didn't taste like it has at other locations. I was very disappointed.
