First the positive: The food was pretty good. But: the place is dirty. Many tables with used dishes, that were not cleaned in our whole stay. Server slow, had to repeat orders several times. Restrooms not usable, Door war broken and very dirty. Very sorry about exprerience.

Wow. I can some this place up with two words, “stay away”. Poor service and extremely unorganized. Also, this pace was filthy. They had two leftover plates sitting on the bar, the entire time I was in there. Floor’s were disgusting and the bar was sticky. Ownership or corporate really needs to get involved here.

Took 10 minuets to be seated and the restaurant was practically empty. Waiter complained about being overwhelmed as the bartender but we were his only table with no one at the bar? We ordered kids chicken fingers to go at the end of the meal and was delivered two chicken fingers (no sides) before our appetizer came out. Was there for an hour before getting first refill. Ordered a steak cooked medium. Got delivered over well done. Absolutely zero seasoning or flavor to steak. Manager replaced steak with chicken fingers and was very apologetic, also took $20 off the final ticket and personally boxed up the replacement meal. Great manager, poor staff, food and service.
Edit to add: Triple Dipper was absolutely amazing, no complaints

No silverware was brought to us, had to ask for napkins and beg for drink refill. Appetizer was wrong after clarifying it 3 times, it was room temperature and brought with our main course. Quesadillas had no expected crunch. Tables surrounding us were dirty the whole time. Chili's is usually great but this location is a joke.

I had a wonderful bartender who made a good suggestion with the Cajun chicken and shrimp penne pasta with a cream sauce and tomatoes and cheesecake for dessert. Good stuff good service good speed fresh would definitely recommend for a lunch date or dinner

My wife and I wanted to order food from the bar area. They were not busy at the time, and it took a while to order, and the food got lost after we ordered and ot took forever to eat. The food was not hot, so that was another's issue. It took a while to be able to pay our check . Lakeshore Chili's is not good.

Awful. Just awful. Took 45 mins to just get drinks. Food was awful. They brought the food out 1 by 1 instead of all together. The kids got theirs last. Food was not good at all. Shrimp smelled disgusting, like rotting fish. Steak was all fat and grizzle. Trash. Straight trash.
Haven’t eaten at chili’s in years, but commercials had me craving it, but we didn’t get to eat. Walked in a told someone we had a party of 8, they said “ok” and walked away. Stood for 10 minutes never seeing anyone, so we flagged down a server who told us someone was getting a table ready for us. We looked around and saw no signs of anyone getting a table ready for us, so after standing around for another 10 minutes, we left. This was 7:30 on a Sunday evening, and the restaurant had maybe 5 tables occupied.

It has been several years since I ate at Chili's.... And now I remember why. The food is just average... Not great, not terrible, just average. But the prices are ridiculous! Now the service was the worst. I went to lunch and sat in the bar area with only two other tables occupied. And the little waitress was so busy flirting with one table that she had no time for me. No drink refill, I had to go find my own salt and pepper shakers, no extra napkins.
For it to take an hour and a half for lunch is ridiculous. I had to get up and walk to the kitchen to get my receipt and shame on me for not standing there while she ran it, because that took forever.
A couple of mistakes, I can overlook. A terrible experience from beginning to end sure makes it hard to want to go back again soon.
I guess I will see if they have improved, three years from now.

Chillis in Homewoood. Terrible service. Takes an hour to get HALF our food and 20 minutes for the other half. Have to ask for refills everytime. Asked for manager, they won’t even come out to help this situation. Server has a real “IDGAF” attitude. We’ve been here 2 hours. At this point, dine and dash is legal. This is beyond ridiculous and not repairable. Get rid of this location.

Service was fast and attentive. Food was delicious and met all specifications. Atmosphere was warm and inviting. Although I am not from the area, I have appointments close by from time to time. Chili's will always be a top contender when I am in the area.
