Are waitress was very pleasant, but it took 20 minutes before she came to us, another 25 minutes to get our food. The dip was cold and we finally got our drinks from the bar. The area we sitting in was not cleaned. When the couple in front of us left, a young lady cleaned just that table...it was late, they were down from the hotel, the food was good enough.

This is the WORST Chili's establishment I have ever visited. Our waitress was HORRIBLE!!! She was not friendly at all. She rarely checked on us. We never received drink refills. Then when I paid, the thirty odd cents I was to receive back, she kept it. It's just cents, but you don't keep change you weren't told you could have. We're very good tippers, but unfortunately, she missed out. The food was decent, but there an odd smell in the restaurant. Overall, this was a very disappointing visit. I will never visit this location again!

This was probably one of the worst Chili's restaurant I have been to in a while. As soon as you walk into the establishment a very putrid smell of must similar to sitting urine invades your nostrils. This should have been the first red flag. Sitting down the place, looks wise, seemed clean but was extremely empty. Our server was very passive as she came up to take our orders laughing off absent-mindley to her other co-workers which gave me the thought that she was either new or this was a very fun establishment. I know I was wrong about both my theories, she was just a careless waitress. She didn't greet us just asked us what our drinks would be and then walked away. Though she did come back in good time she was still very passive when we ordered our food. As we wait for our food I look around wondering where my server is so my drink can get a re-fill, I turn around and I see my server sitting down two booths behind me and on a phone call out loud in the middle of the restaurant while having customers. Normally, I wouldn't care, if she was checking up on us regularly but she didn't. She sat there laughing on a speaker phone call with her friend and the manager did nothing about it. We were her only table and she still took 30 minutes to come and check on us and that is only because she decided to get up and bring us our food. She gave us a re-fill and walked back to the booth and continued her phone call. When I first set eyes on my food I regretted choosing this establishment for a meal. You could tell that the frying oil had not been changed out in forever and the taste was mediocre at best. Half of my food was warm the other half was cold. I still decided to take two bites and like I said, mediocre. This was my second and last time visiting this establishment and it couldn't have been worse experience. If I could give zero I would.

Took 30 min for one of us to get a beer, when two of us ordered margaritas, no napkins with the appetizers or plates. Canceled our order after 30 min wait for just drinks. Also server forgot what drink I ordered 3 times. Do not recommend coming. Also gave us the wrong drink finally. Was supposed to be an old fashioned, this drink was ice half shot of whiskey and cherry extract.

We were seated in a reasonable amount of time but the server barely got us drinks and walked away before I even had a chance to ask for chips and salsa. When I finally was able to order (weād sat for nearly 15 minutes before she took our order) I asked for chips and salsa, and our three meals. I never got the chips and salsa. The drinks were not refilled even though she commented on it when she brought our food 30 minutes later. Server had a bunch of tables but on Sunday afternoon they should be better staffed. My daughter had chicken nachos and it was obviously not fresh (the chicken seemed fine but the tortillas were chewy and tasted charred?) I was never asked how the food was. Iām incredibly disappointed. We havenāt been back in over a year and decided to try it out again and this time was no better. (We did try and come 6+ months ago during an off time with a bigger party of 7 people. Despite having almost no patrons, they told us it would be 30 minutes before we could be seated. We left)

I came to Chiliās around 11am with my toddler and maybe 5 other tables were seated. Not busy at all, so I foolishly assumed weād get decent service.
Spoiler alert: we did not.
I ordered a kids cheeseburger with broccoli for my little one, and for myself, chicken crispers with mac and cheese, fries, and a Coke. You know, simple stuff. But apparently, even that was asking for too much.
First red flag: the Coke was flat. I told the waitress, and she goes, āYeah, I know, the syrup is running low and needs to be replaced.ā EXCUSE ME? Then why did you serve it?! Thatās not a fun fact, girl, thatās your cue to fix it. She brings me a sweet tea as a replacementā¦.cool, until I tasted it. It was like drinking syrupy pond water. The sugar wasnāt even dissolved. I felt the granules tap dancing on my tongue.
Now, here's where it gets wild. 35 minutes later, my toddlerās food shows up. JUST hers. Then, another 18 minutes pass before mine finally arrives. By that time, my child was full, cranky, and halfway to napland. So I had all of two bites before I had to box everything up and leave. Who brings food out 20 minutes apart for people at the same table? What kind of chaotic food relay is this?
Ohāand the high chair? Sticky. Like, ādo I need a tetanus shot?ā sticky. I wiped it down myself because I no longer trusted anyone to do anything correctly.
But waitāplot twist! The real kicker? A few hours later, both me and my baby are battling full-blown bubble guts. Diarrhea tag-team. Itās been a race to the bathroom ever since. Thanks for the souvenir, Chiliās. I wanted lunch, not a gastrointestinal horror show.
The only reason this isnāt a 1-star is because the waitress was nice. But being nice while serving flat soda, sticky seats, and mystery food poisoning isnāt exactly winning me over.
I wonāt be back. Ever. Chiliās, you did us dirty. Literally. šš

Slow service, took almost 2 hrs to get our party of 10 out of there. Service was disorganized and almost every meal was missing something including silverware. They brought food and drinks out sporadically beginning with one side salad or chips at a time in 5 minute intervals. The 4 children ended up getting their meals last. Seemed like the staff just couldn't be bothered with our table even though we where almost the only ones in the restaurant.

People who arrived after us had gotten their food way before us (though we heard them complaining as well. Most of their orders were wrong). The waitress said most of our food was ready and she was just waiting on a couple plates to finish, so we asked her to go ahead and bring out everyone elseās food and she acted like we were the problem. Still took her over 15 minutes to bring out the food she said was already finished. When we finally got our food, part of our party didnāt even have theirs bc the order was never put in, leaving them waiting even longer.
