Are waitress was very pleasant, but it took 20 minutes before she came to us, another 25 minutes to get our food. The dip was cold and we finally got our drinks from the bar. The area we sitting in was not cleaned. When the couple in front of us left, a young lady cleaned just that table...it was late, they were down from the hotel, the food was good enough.
Really slow service, there were not many people in and they took forever to serve our meals. One of those was pasta and it was undercooked, we didn't complain because we already were running late to go back to work.
I recently visited this Chili's and honestly had a pretty mixed experience. First, it took an unreasonably long time to get seated—even though the restaurant wasn’t packed. We had to ask multiple waitresses before someone finally acknowledged us, which was frustrating and made us feel overlooked.
