Long story short. Ordered three bowls. Got home, grabbed the bag and the bag got wet from the food and broke open dumping the food all over the street. Pissed... Packed all the meals in only large paper bag! Steam and juice from bowls did it. .. there went dinner and a lot of money

I scheduled a pick up time for 5:30 and they made my food way ahead and it was cold by the time I received it. The food wasn’t great. It tasted like nothing! But I can say the queso sauce was good.

I just want to say to the person that had to deal with this outrageous customer tonight that you handled that whole situation better than must folks. I was in the car watching the whole thing and hearing what that man was saying as I was walking in the store. Sorry that you have to deal with people like that. Thank you, for the great food and for serving me. And willie If you going to put a complaint put the whole truth, you aren't innocent at all. Threatening employees in a restaurant should be a crime.

Just had my boyfriend pick up my Togo order which was supposed to be a chicken quesadilla w rice, sour cream and beans. The rice is so hard and dry. Beans are good. Would love to be able to rate the quesadilla but I didn’t receive it. I also tipped which I wouldn’t advise anybody to not on take out at this location anyway.

The food was extremely bland and overpriced for what was received. I got a steak burrito and a chicken bowl. The meat had no flavor, nor did the beans rice or veggies. I added queso to my bowl and couldn’t even taste it because it was so bland. Only thing with flavor was the salt on the chips. If your definition of flavor is salt and pepper you shouldn’t be selling food. I almost went and got my money back it was so disappointing. Never going back because it’s over priced and bland.

Bottom line is that you don't go to this location unless you like low quality on everything!!
