I’ve been eating here for over 30yrs they were at a different location (take out only) up the street. The food has always been great. I have never had a bad meal from them. They are a Birmingham staple. Those who know, know. I drive from McCalla for my take away now. We drove from Hueytown when I was a kid, bypassing many similar cuisine restaurants. I know Chop Suey will be delicious and correct every time.
Best egg rolls hands down. I travel for work and have gotten Chinese food from east coast to west coast including New York which I would think have the best and NO. The best is right here in my own city!!! I prefer spring rolls over egg rolls but I would eat their egg rolls any day!
