I would suggest NOT getting grits (watery); cheese grits (cheese - queso maybe with a tad of grits) awful. The rest of breakfast very good.

For a long time I’ve been very excited to try Dimitri’s for breakfast. There’s always a line out the door and today was no exception. So of course, my son and I were very excited and starving so we knew this was gonna be a good experience! ….How wrong we were. My son got pancakes with chocolate chips and they lacked any flavor at all and merely tasted like soggy bread. The bacon was a bit burnt, but luckily that’s how I like it! I got a side of cheese grits that were nothing less than water and sand. The sawmill gravy was slop and clearly made from a store bought packet, and the biscuits were super dry. $40 later I was left with a growling stomach and a hungry child. The only positive I can give this place is at the service was a tentative and kind. Don’t waste your time or your money. Go somewhere else.

I got the huevos ranchero and this was the best breakfast i ever had.
This was our first time eating at Demetri's. The food was really good we meet the owner very nice guy even brought us some conecuh sausage to try. We will be back.
