Absolutely terrible time and time again. It’s not the food as much as it’s the driver who at 815pm claims she got stuck n traffic from green springs to shades crest. Her car was trashed and she claims she had 5 other deliveries before mine. I waited almost an hour and a half for my food. It’s one thing if this happened one time but EVERY SINGLE FREAKING TIME! Do not use this dominos for anything!!!!

It’s about the workers seen like and not the customers SMH. I went to pick up my order which was a 2 topping and a Philly cheese pizza. I get there and instead of the Philly they made me supreme pizza. I place the order right on the app they just didn’t make it right.. they remade my order again and when I came back to pick up my order for the 2nd time it was awful half made pizza like 3 little pieces of Philly like 3 bell peppers and cheese was mostly in the center and the other pizza I ask them to remake since they had to remake the Philly. They didn’t do that either. I didn’t even get a I’m sorry for the Inconvenience. I got my refund and left. That was a waste SMH. ?

Waited thirty minutes for my pick up pizza. Was told ,"we are running behind". When he handed me my pizza, I confirmed, Hawaiian right?.... AFTER getting home to watch the playoffs.... it was some kind of vegetarian garlic.NOT Hawaiian. I consider myself pretty patient but this was toooo much....

Great pizza! but the tall dude with the goatee deserves a raise. Every other employee was outside smoking while there were like 5 cars outside for pick up. It seemed like he was packing every order and cooking everything as well.

this is the second time this has happened.(first time i felt bad told the driver not to worry about it) i order a pizza and a 2 liter with some extra sauces. the driver came without the sauces and the 2 liter. the pizza was absolutely burned and dried out. i called to get this sorted out and they just put me on hold for a while then hung up. its just not worth it anymore. if i want to pay 30 dollars for a pizza ill just go to a real pizza shop
Ordered online with a wait time of 56-66 minutes. Called the store 76 minutes after placing my order and was told it would be another 30-45 minutes because they only had 2 drivers. I changed to carryout and picked up my pizza. After reading old reviews, decided to write one myself because this seems to be a theme. The workers are very kind, but just extremely busy, sweaty, and juggling multiple customers both in person and over the phone. If there's a staffing issue (such as only 2 drivers delivering pizzas on a Friday night), seems like Dominos needs to instead fix their wait-time algorithm rather than punt the issue to the poor workers.

2 + hours later and I still have no pizza! Finally got someone to answer the phone. They told me to come pick it up. She told me she would cook me another pizza.She lied!! I got pizza home and it was stuck to the box and dried up and old!! Awful!!! I will never go back !!!!!

nasty place and very bad customer service. please see the attached photos i attached. i ordered 2 pizzas, and while i was waiting for it, i looked over the counter, i saw a few flies on top of the pizza there are preparing and no ones care. bery nasty and dirty place. the employees toch the cash and the money and go back to preparing your food without washing their hand. they where gloves and toch money and other stuff then go back and touch your food without changing the gloves. this is worst place i have ever been to. don't go there or order from there unless you like nasty, dirty food.

I basically paid for a pizza which was never delivered to me. I called them and they said they are backed up on orders and are refunding my money. Well, I never got my money back as well. I filed a complaint on Dominos customer service and never heard back. $21.50 is not a small amount and such huge companies making a mockery out of customer experience shocks me.
