I chose dreamcakes as the bakery for my wedding, may 10, (Tuesday). I asked for white. It was beige. I also asked if they would have time to put the edible Roses I bought in a specific design I sent to them. They didn't do that. AND EACH LAYER WAS UNEVEN AND LEANING. The two stars are because it tasted good... We emailed them about this and havrnt gotten a response yet. Disappointed.

At first glance they look legitimate but an inside source illuminates an ownership full of lies scams and scandals. Unequal pay rates, overcharging, employee silencing. Managers running the business are only paid 12 an hour when competition is paying over 20. The business seems to be run by a old indiscriminately unpleasant white man suffering from toxic masculinity and an excess of unearned confidence. Just an example, a long term employee was "fired" and to prevent them from collecting unemployment they kept her in their system as an employee making no money per hour. A good friend of ours introduced us to Dreamcakes many many years back. Recently, they provided another wonderful cake celebrating our youngest daughter's SURPRISE "Sweet 16" girls brunch at Farrelly's. The cake was exquisite as it always is. I ordered this one online versus going in or phoning. Their website is easy to navigate and as usual, another extraordinarily yummy cake was the result. Thank you Dreamcakes for making this surprise experience another delectable one!

Dream cakes is okay If you want something quick and sweet. I purchased the chocolate cheesecake cupcake which was just a chocolate cupcake with cream cheese frosting. It did not taste like the description but it was okay. My husband and the wedding cake and hated it. We also purchased the peanut butter cup cookie which was pure sugar and lacked peanut butter flavor. I would’ve given it a 4 star but the customer service was a tad bit poor. The young that rung us up with curly brown hair was rude. I asked her for clarification on a cookie and her response was…. “Whatever the name is that’s what the cookie is, and everything cookie is just stuff do you want it or not.” We actually we’re going to cancel our purchase but I told my husband let’s go and we will never return.

CAKE IT EASY! For a couple of weeks now we have been on a cookie kick. We have been eating cookies up the wazoo. I can't exactly explain why, but that is what we have been having for dessert. I have been wanting to break the cycle, so for an after dinner sweet for this evening, I decided going to dream cakes to pick up some cupcakes. Dreamcakes has been on my must try list for a while now. I was super disappointed that I could not come by during the Yelp Holiday shopping that was offered in December. But I was preparing to go to Austin and did not have the time in my schedule to make a pit stop here. Came into the shop today about mid afternoon. The store was pretty quiet. I was the only customer in the store when I first came in. I took a short look around before ordering two cupcakes to go. With the yelp checkin gave me a free mini cup cake. I decided on getting the red velvet as I wanted to wait to try the others when I got home tonight. Normally, red velvet is not my go to as it is typically way too sweet. But this cup cake was definatley not too sweet at all. It was very good. I was so sad when I finished my last bite of it. I will definitely come back to this bakery. It has a wonderful variety of items. The lemon bars looked so tempting and delicious but I did not want to break he bank while being there as it is very easy to do so.

Visiting Dreamcakes Bakery for the first time was a cool experience. Just by checking in via the yelp app, I received a free mini cupcake. It was delicious.... Actually everything I purchased was delicious. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Street parking can be iffy in the area. I highly recommend the lemon bars..... they were my favorite!!

They did such an amazing job at my wedding cake needs that I went back and had my sons bday party cake done there. Love them so much!! It looked amazing and tasted even better than it looked!! I will forever be a customer. Had to grab my macaroons on the way out too
I used Dreamcakes for my son’s first birthday cake. Many of the guests asked where it was from and said it was the best cake they had EVER had!! We had the chocolate cake with the vanilla bean buttercream. So good! The staff were very kind and helpful. They even walked the cakes out to my husband’s car!

Love most everything here. We've traveled across country for many years and always seek out cupcake spots when we have time. It's lovely to have one of our favorites in our hometown. Unfortunately they close at 5pm so if you get off work at 5pm, you'll never be able to pick up an order after work. I literally got to their door at 5pm on the dot and it was already locked and closed. Bummer. On that note, I'll continue ordering cakes and cupcakes from Publix because they allow a 5:30pm (or even a 5:01pm) pick up.

This is the place for the best cakes! Their gluten free chocolate cake is stellar and I don't do gluten free so that says a lot. These cakes and cupcakes are beautiful and definitely worth the calories!!

What a great little bakery! My wife and I came here with some friends to grab some cupcakes and this did not disappoint! I got the Sea-Salt Caramel Mocha Cupcake and it was so so good. The shop is not very large, and it looks like pre-COVID they had indoor seating. It was very clean and everything looks nice. I enjoyed the visit here and the cupcake! We will definitely have to come back for more!
