They were super helpful to get a large order of hot chocolate for an event for me. The problem was making initial contact - they don't answer the phone so you gotta make a trip in (the hot chocolate box was not an option online). But once you make contact they're great!!!

Odd Dunkin, gone there sporadically over the years, sometimes nice folks there, sometimes no donuts, sometimes clueless people who are working there who have not been trained. Seems like a place no one works for long and usually, not always, really cares much. But it all usually tastes good.

I drove to this location because says closes at 7 I got there at 6:43 and the door was locked The guy opened the door and WOULD NOT let me get a doughnut for my granddaughter Poor customer service so change your closing time He said he had to clean You do that AFTER 7!!!!

This location works best for grab & go(i.e. Donuts & plain coffee), not really good for stuff that needs prepping and any complicated orders since it’ll either get messed up or take a while.

The girl at the window with the braided pigtails needs an attitude adjustment. if you don’t wanna work don’t work. so beyond rude.
They close at 6. Only one assorted tray of donuts in display at 5pm. Chairs upside down on tables. Not so appealing.

The coffee was atrocious. I usually like the coffee at Dunkin, but this morning both of the selections were horrible. The cashier was rude and I will more than likely not be back.
