The coffee was atrocious. I usually like the coffee at Dunkin, but this morning both of the selections were horrible. The cashier was rude and I will more than likely not be back.

My black coffee isn’t black, there’s some type of milk in it, maple bacon was just regular bacon, the fried egg in my wrap wasn’t fried. The egg whites had the texture of cottage cheese. First time going to dunkin in homewood. Definitely sticking to the downtown Birmingham location for now on.

They did not have any donuts despite being named dunkin' donuts. And they did not have the ingredients to make the caramel macchiato I ordered. We left without ordering anything. Plus, there was a active police scene in the parking lot as we were leaving.
Parking: Not in the safest neighborhood.

Yuk is all have to say. Doughnut holes tasted like they were made weeks ago. Not hardly any glaze more bitter than sweet. Just go to Krispy Kreme always fresh and quality and taste no comparison.

I went through the drive thru, so as far as inside atmosphere; I don't know. It was clean around the building, though. The food was hot and fresh. The girl made the ice coffee I ordered perfectly. Great experience for the first time going to Dunkin.

I ordered a dunkalatte. When I get to the window the lady tells me she doesn’t have the coffee brewed and asked me what other drink I want.i asked her what was my options. She named of some flavors and I chose caramel. I watched her make me a milk with caramel. I should’ve said something at the window but I didn’t want to be confrontational and my baby was screaming in the back. I’m one disappointed mama that needed a little pick me up.
TERRIBLE customer service with one employee in particular. Every time I am there, she is SO rude. No please or thank you. No have a good day. Just shoves the coffee in your hand. This is the South - we expect politeness and friendliness. She is so rude that I actually avoid this place now, because she's always working. I see other similar comments.

I love dunkin anywhere (airports especially) was however disappointed because I missed the nurses week offer for free coffee...I wish they said "hey, we appreciate what you do for the community and coffee is on us today even though the designated day is passed".The attendant was pleasant.

Worst dougnut I have ever put in my mouth was so dry couldn't even swallow drink behind it which was also very gross they had nothing in stock gave us wether we pd for what they had it wasn't even worth throwing away. Worst 20 dollars ever spent. And the so called hash browns their were a total of 6 for ,4 dollars wasA complete rip off
