Just tried the country ham biscuit this morning and it was awful. It's a sliver of canned ham cooked in a pan then salted. The pic on the menu makes you believe that it's a nice piece honey baked ham on a biscuit when it's actually thin, dry, and pale. Needs to be removed from the menu altogether.

Christopher Pickett at the Homewood Hardee’s was extremely disrespectful showing a clear lack of professionalism. He spoke to me with an attitude and made rude comments while preparing my order. To make matters worse, I witnessed him spit in my food before handing it to me.

I come to the Oxmoor Hardee's at least once a week for a late breakfast and it's always great! Fast, friendly service and have never had a bad experience. Dominique is amazing and always greets me by name. Highly recommend!

I came to this location on Monday morning and ordered a steak biscuit combo. The girl with the purple hair in the window was so nice and she looked no younger than 16. The general manager on the other hand was so rude barking orders at her as if she wasn’t human. She nick picked everything that poor girl did even when she was simply just following the instructions of her customer. I asked for extra napkins (about 10 to 15) and the cashier had set them out for me before the manager Domonique (i dont know how to spell her name i just had a quick glance at her name tag) told her to only give me one extra napkin (leaving me with two napkins) The girl had tears in her eyes trying to give me my food. This really upsets me given that I’m a store manager. I’ve never seen anything like this …lets do better.

Avoid this location at all costs, but especially if you want breakfast. They advertise breakfast served until 12pm every day, but twice over a few week period I showed up between 10:30-11:00am and was turned away, told they had already switched over to lunch, even though the menu I was staring at and signage all over the building clearly stated they should still be serving breakfast. The first time I let it slide thinking there may have been an issue, but then when I gave them a second chance and was again turned away, it was clear that this is a common occurrence. Rather than rush to the internet to write a bad review, I reached out directly to Hardee's to let them know and give them a chance to offer an explanation. I was told twice that someone would be in touch, but 3 weeks later and still no contact. In summary, this is a poorly run location, and corporate doesn't care about their customers, so this long time customer will spend his money elsewhere.

Super sketchy. Usually a nice bunch working here...but- Back dining room door is unlocked and homeless folks basically live in the restrooms. This is an area of a lot of....ladies with few options. If you're a Blue voter, congratulations!

Paid $16.46 for my breakfast and $3.39 of that was for a the orange juice and then I was informed I had to pay $3.19 for my cup of ice with Savanna poor attitude. In my opinion, that’s gouging your customer…! Breakfast over $20.00 !!!! Really Hardee’s BTW MY ORDER WAS NOT CORRECT 2x Ham biscuits got one ham and one steak, I don’t like steak.
