Get the donuts, skip the rest. I used to be a huge fan of this place, but after their expansions, it’s clear the quality has taken a nosedive. The Hero Burger, once amazing, is now a sad shadow of its former self. The patty is dry and lacking in flavor, with barely any cheese, and hardly any cracked sauce. We used to love coming here and supporting a great local biz, but now it feels like they’ve sacrificed quality for quantity. Come for the donuts, they’re still good, the buns and lunch menu are just not what they once were :(

They absolutely killed my large catering order! everything was delicious and packaged beautifully. i highly recommend their breakfast catering for any event! no more boring company parties! 🙅♀️

Sat on the patio and had an AWESOME lunch. Dad burger is 💯 and the fries were noticeably good! I had self-control and didn’t get a doughnut, but know from plenty of past experiences that they are amazing… 🤩 Really love this new location, interior and exterior is very nice.

Amazing food, service can get a tad slow when it gets busy and when it gets busy it gets loud! Hard to sit and enjoy your food or your company when you can’t hear yourself think.
But seriously the food… the donuts are great but the shining star is their folded egg and fried chicken sandwich. Didn’t know that was something I needed in my life, but I’m hooked and so is everyone I take here.

At one time Hero donuts offered consistently good donuts, buns and breakfast. This is no longer the case, quality has become erratic. The staff are very disinterested in being at work and sort of don’t really care to pay attention to the details of your order. It’s also worth mentioning that I don’t like stevia so I have to bring my own equal if I want a cup of coffee because they only offer sugar or stevia. If you have the aversion to Stevia bring your own sweetener. Overall, there are a lot of irritating things going on that make everything not quite right and no longer the place for me.

Cookies and Cream Donut: 10/10 Sensational. Soft and sweet. Will be back for this!
Maple Sea Salt Donut: 9.5/10 Very soft and good, but it was a touch too sweet for us!

Really good doughnuts, fairly good overall and the manager was quick to rectify our order errors, which were prevalent. Honestly, my family came back expecting that the order would be incorrect because the guy taking the order couldn't understand it. He also seemed annoyed that there was both eat in and take out on one ticket. When the food came out incorrect he asked (and apparently hoped) that we would keep the 3 out of 4 plates that were incorrect and ignore the missing coffees. Walking away he smirked.
Thanks to the manager for redoing the order without question.
