My wife and I come here fairly frequently and I rarely leave reviews, but I felt like our visit today deserved it. Whoever was slinging the bagels this morning was crushing it, out of dozens of visits this was the best bagel I’ve had here. Service was quick as well, felt like the entire 9:00am crew deserved a shoutout

I’ve been here a few times. Bagels are consistently great, and service on previous visits was decent. On one occasion, despite the place being empty, I was given the wrong bagel. Thankfully, since we were dining in, they corrected it quickly.

However, on our most recent visit, the place was empty again, but the service was disappointing. The middle-aged woman with white/gray hair at the register was unexpectedly rude and pushy, making the experience uncomfortable. She gave off the impression that she really didn’t want to be there. Won’t be back.

Not stroller or wheelchair friendly as stated here online. They will bring food out to you outside/curbside. Coffee was weak and just not good. We enjoyed the bagel!

Gave this bagel shop 3 visits because I believe small businesses deserve a second and sometimes a 3rd chance but every time I waited 15 minutes or more to get a single bagel with cream cheese on the side to go and there weren’t that many people there. You need to hire more help or improve your systems. I hope you can figure this out, I believe that small businesses who thrive are one of the most important parts of a community.

Very unfortunate...great bagels but management is failing. Be prepared to wait a minimum of 30 min for a simple order.

I've amended my original review to reflect my last 3 visits. Customer service is non-existent. They only care about mobile orders. Waited over 20 minutes at the counter. We finally left. There were over 12 people waiting to have their orders taken. The employees completely ignored everyone in the line. This place is poorly run and needs new management. Mobile orders are often wrong as well.

I always order a variety of the Egg/Cheese/Bacon bagel sandwich and it is always so wonderful. Today it was SO GOOD that this is the second review I have left and I am about to call the store to give a third review.

This is a fantastic bagel shop! It’s very cute and clean inside. They have a ton of options, everyone can find something delicious. We had the turkey melt with cheddar bacon spread on an Asiago and rosemary bagel and the lox with green onion spread on an everything bagel. I was a little wary about a previous review saying the lox bagel was overly salty, but this was not my experience at all. It was perfect!

Don’t understand why a bagel with spread is $5, but a bagel cost $2.25 and spread on the side $1.25 for a total of $3.50? $1.50 for someone to put it on a bagel.

Unfortunately, all the bagels that we wanted were sold out but what we got was good. Their Cream Cheeses are outstanding.
