I ordered three different kinds of bagels. All of the toppings for them were amazing. But the bagels it’s self, we’re hard an unbearable to chew basically stale. Not sure what happened with our batch. But I’ve had heated bagel’s before a waited to eat them . Or went back to eat them after 20 or so minutes. A they were still good soft in the inside with a nice crunch on the out. This wasn’t it. I’ll try them again to see if we just got a bad batch. Because all the toppings were really great. We got half and half veggie and zesty green onion spread. Went here with my college aged son. Hands-down, the best bagels I have ever eaten. Very focused on their tasty yet simple menu, and I can't encourage them enough to continue with quality over quantity. Have seen so many places that have tried to be all things to all people and then lose their quality and identity. The entire vibe of this place is charming and friendly and everything is delicious.

Had the Lox on the pepper jack jalapeno bagel in the funfetti cream cheese on a plain one. The lox was pretty dang tasty and you could tell it was on a fresh bagel which I appreciated. The funfetti however was like eating The pre-made icing out of the can. But it's all right I should have got a cinnamon sugar one. That was on me. Plus you cannot go wrong when we found out they were free mimosas so that's a cool thing.

My wife loves a good bagel. Usually, I'm less than excited. Lately we have been in Birmingham and tried HBC and have since made them a staple. The bacon egg and cheese is much better than anything you'll find at a drive through. Fresh bagel with 2 eggs a generous portion of bacon and great cheese. The lox bagel is my favorite. If your hungry do yourself a favor.

My wife and I came for breakfast on Saturday. I ordered a salt bagel with lox. I asked for it to be open face, no onions, substitute cucumbers for the onion. My wife had a toasted bagel cream cheese on the side. I ordered a half and half iced tea. My bagel came as a closed sandwich with plenty of onions and no cucumber. They offered to remake it, but that seemed like wasting a lot of expensive ingredients. So I opened the sandwich removed the onions but at this point, separating the ingredients is hard and messy. The bagel was fine and the salmon was good. The order taker was nice. I’m not sure where the break down happened. My wife was ok with her bagel. The chairs are not comfortable. The bathroom was stocked and clean. The tea came from a plastic jug with simple syrup, not good.

Nice environment and location. Sausage, egg, and cheese on the jalapeño cheddar bacon bagel was amazing! However the Lox bagel was disgusting. Absolutely way too much cream cheese. Also you can tell they use farm raised salmon which is its own case of gross. I understand trying to save money and increase profits but honestly no one should be eating farmed raised salmon and I believe people need to be holding businesses accountable.

Solid breakfast spot. I like that I can get a good breakfast that’s not crazy greasy, but still very flavorful. My favorite is the bacon egg and cheese. Many other great options though.

Left at 9:30 on Sunday morning because you had no bagels. Unacceptable. Either prepare better or don't take big orders in the morning you can't handle. I wasn't alone walking out. And it's not the first time you guys run out of bagels. You run out frequently.

We were visiting Birmingham and I had to check out the best bagels in the area. This was a cute little shop that was very busy on a Sunday morning. I loved how they displayed the bagels by hanging them on a plexiglass wall by the cash register. I ordered the Multi-grain Everything Avocado Toast to go and a dozen bagels to take home. The avocado toast was really good. I loved the seasoning on it. It was quite filling. My to-go bagels were a mix of plain, everything, Pepperjack Jalapeno, Bacon Cheddar Jalapeno and Asiago. All of the bagels were excellent. So fresh--even warm! The bagels were great. The service was welcoming. It was just a great overall experience. I can't wait to go back!
