Horrible with accommodations for customers. I paid for extra coconut and her response was that's what that is. They gave me a little cup with the flakes the should have been on my bowl from the start. So basically I paid for something and didn't get it. And they were very rude about my issue as well.

I was visiting town from Nashville for a concert, and always try a local coffee shop. The barista was fantastic and explained every option in detail. I loved the little cozy, middle-of-town setting in the small strip of restaurants. The coffee was fantastic (shout out to Honest Roasters in Nashville) and the ago toast hit the spot. The have plenty of seating and tables outside as well, to enjoy a coffee outside. Well done!

I’m loving the collaboration between City Bowls & Honest Coffee (partial to Honest as someone who is from HSV!). It feels like the place has maintained the spirit of both businesses which I love. The s’mores bowl is a must every October for me!

I love city bowls! i have tried several locations and this one does take longer than the others which i think is because of understaffing (which I know is out of their control). But that’s the only negative I have about this location, otherwise just as good and nice as the others!
City bowls is an amazing place if you’re looking for a nutritious meal while conversing with your friends. I love this place so much and I’ve been to the other location in vestavia, the service is great, the food is good, the only problem i have is the blenders are EXTREMELY loud and it makes it really hard to focus to study or talk to someone. I’ve been enjoying the homewood location more because of the wonderful atmosphere and chill cafe vibes.
