I love city bowls! i have tried several locations and this one does take longer than the others which i think is because of understaffing (which I know is out of their control). But that’s the only negative I have about this location, otherwise just as good and nice as the others!
City bowls is an amazing place if you’re looking for a nutritious meal while conversing with your friends. I love this place so much and I’ve been to the other location in vestavia, the service is great, the food is good, the only problem i have is the blenders are EXTREMELY loud and it makes it really hard to focus to study or talk to someone. I’ve been enjoying the homewood location more because of the wonderful atmosphere and chill cafe vibes.
The coffee and atmosphere is amazing. I could tell they were understaffed when I came, yet both of the staff members were the sweetest and kept apologizing for the wait on our açaí bowl. I got an iced oat milk latte with cinnamon and honey (The Roosevelt) and it was one of the best lattes I have ever had!!!!! However, our bowl we received was not very good.
