Good food and fast service
We went there today and ordered haleem, punugulu and pani poorni. Pani poori is fine, but the other 2 are disaster , when we try to give the feedback women at desk, she is awfully sarcastic and not being intrsted to take the feedback from a customer, the second thing is the batter used the punugullu was 10 days old its spoiled batter they have used, when it put that in my mouth instantly noticed it.
Its a spoiled food. Someone not interested to take feedback and change the way they cook.

wings and gyros in one spot would normally be cause for concern. Not here though. Excellent food, quick service, and great environment. 10/10 big-backing experience.

First time to try this place. I can't believe the wide array of food they serve. It comes to you hot, fresh and delicious!!! I had gotten a Groupon that I'm very thankful for!!! We spent less money here than we would at Taco Bell or McDonald's! If I lived over by it, I would literally eat here every day!!! I got fried catfish, the Cajun ranch fries and a small chicken salad. Good Lord I've NEVER had a salad THAT good before!!! And I'm 54 yo!! It has a ton of stuff in it!!! My husband got the same Cajun fried and a gyro that was amazing as well!!! I completely forgot to take pictures. But trust me, it's worth it! I can't believe they weren't more busy at 5 pm on a Saturday. We were the only ones dining in. But a few people came in for to go orders.

I got the tilapia, hot lemon pepper wings, onion rings and kikipooh. The fish was out of the fryer hot and fresh. Wings were hot, tender and well seasoned. Real batter dipped onion rings. The kikipooh is better than that other wing place too. It's got a good tropical flavor.
The guy at the counter was friendly and helpful with the menu. I'll definitely be going back.

Hotspot in Homewood truly lives up to its name as a go-to destination for great food and a welcoming atmosphere. We had the Philly Steak Cheese combo, and it was nothing short of amazing. The Philly steak was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The melted cheese added the ideal creamy richness, and the fresh, toasted bread brought everything together beautifully. The combo also came with fries that were crispy, golden, and seasoned to perfection, complementing the sandwich flawlessly.
What makes Hotspot stand out even more is its attention to beverage options. Instead of being limited to traditional soft drinks, we were delighted by the alternative choices of fresh juices. This thoughtful addition provides a healthier and more refreshing option, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences.
The environment was impeccably clean, from the dining area to the counters, which speaks volumes about their dedication to hygiene and presentation. The space itself is cozy and inviting, making it a pleasant spot to enjoy a meal. The staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. They ensured that we had everything we needed, going above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable.

Went with my wife. I got hot bbq wings and she got the fish and lemon pepper wings. Wings were mid and not really exciting to eat. The Cajun ranch fries were enough to be edible but seemed like they used a toothbrush to coat our Cajun and ranch on our fries. Where we hit a hard left was the fish. OHHHH NOOOOO! The fish was hot but seemed like it did not touch a pinch of seasoning. Would’ve liked to try more of the menu items but I am not rushing to come back here. Kiki Pooh was good though!
I had a fantastic experience here. The food was absolutely delicious—everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I tried chicken wings and philly combo, and it was outstanding.
The service was top-notch as well. The cashier, in particular, was very friendly and efficient. He handled my order quickly and with a smile, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
The atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
