Tried to do half star.... crispy potatoes was salty. ... Service was bleak.... no masks were on.... one waitress didn't demonstrate team work. She told hostess she couldn't wipe tables due to it wasn't her problem...it's was bus boy of course but they had 13 people waiting. He needed help... please train them better ?

No negatives. Our waiter was really cool and gave my boyfriend suggestions on how to get French toast and pancakes. Highly recommend splitting two waffle orders with other people at your table. My boyfriend got strawberry banana & I got chocolate chocolate chip pancakes - together they were awesome. Hash browns are kinda expensive. Our total was $60 for three breakfast entrees, an order of eggs, and three orders of hasbrowns. We both got water but their blueberry lemonades look pretty good. Their wait times can be long recently since they're understaffed. Overall highly recommend! It was a good experience.

Wish I could leave zero stars. They refuse to pick up their phone. They're very close to my home but they won't allow online or phone orders. However, they don't say they don't accept these order methods until you show up. Absolutely ridiculous.

This particular IHOP is new and the hostess there was rude. Never acknowledged us while we waited to be seated. The best thing about this place was our server Johnny! He was great! Took our order didn't even write it down and came back and everything was perfect! If you go to this one asked for Johnny as your server he will take great care of you! Thank you Johnny, you were the best part of this place!

Outstanding Customer Service and meal. This was a birthday gift for being a member of their rewards club. Jasmine, the manager and Denise was friendly, kind, and deserves a raise or bonus for providing Great Customer Service. I'll be back at this location in the near future.

Food was delicious and i do believe it’s the best service i have ever had at a restaurant. All the waiters were young, black men and i tell you they were on top of their game! I will definitely be back the next time im in town. Kudos Ihop, kudos!!

My experience left me bewildered. I was told there was NO inside dining, to-go only. But, I was looking at 3 tables full of people eating. I don't like to go here, but the issue appeared to be my "demographics". I don't discriminate and I don't want to be discriminated against. Isn't that what we've been working so hard to achieve?

Is anyone managing this business? Still no staff post pandemic. Closes at noon most days and only does carryout. If your not going to make improvements then its time to throw in the towel and stop operating like a lemonade stand at a curb!

This was the best service I have had in years!!!!!!! The very best male server that I can say that I have ever had in my life. I'm a head server at Waffle House and I know a talented and great server when I see one. Johnny D was beyond great he was amazing!!!!! He was friendly, took initiative, was very assertive, and just worked the floor. Our food came out expeditiously and he even got my Togo order out quickly! Will definitely be back to see him!!! He was AMAZING!!! THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH JOHNNY D!

Every time I arrive, they are carry out only.Today I walked in to a full dining room of people, but apparently they stopped seating at 11:45.I tried calling for 15 minutes, to find out if they were seating, and no one answered the phone.Clearly understaffed, and not able to run properly due to staffing issues.

I have called 3 times with nobody picking up. As of last week the dining room was closed which was not posted online so wasted a trip out there. Trying to figure out if it is now open but nobody will answer the phone
