Food is typically under cooked or done incorrectly. Sodas are watered down to the max and fries are ok but sometimes aren’t seasoned at all

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

I ordered 2 extra sauces with my wings for an additional 55¢ each and I received no sauces when it was delivered. Since the food was delivered, I had no opportunity to check the order and I trusted the restaurant would check the ticket since it clearly states I ordered extra sauces with my meal.

I had a taste for some boneless wings and decided to try something new so I tried them out. The food is ok but my wings barely had sauce on them. I ordered the 10 piece and maybe 2 pieces had some type of sauce.

I have had to eat at some pretty poor Chili’s in airports before - but this was the worst. We arrived late to our hotel in the neighborhood. Needed a quick bite to eat and figured Chili’s would be better than the other fast food in area. Place had only a few tables eating, but we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated, which is probably a result of labor shortage. Better than 1/2 the tables in place were still cluttered with dishes from earlier diners. Waitress was nice enough, but took forever to get drinks and even longer to get a meal. The restroom was disgusting and you could tell the kitchen staff were all screwing around with rest of staff in back prep area. Would rather eat at the Wendy’s or Subway in neighborhood.

Absolutely the worst Chilis in America. 1 hr 16 min to get food. Items missing and wrong drinks.

The hostess, was extremely rude, and I felt complete discrimination from her as I asked to be seated for one. She acted like it was a chore taking me to my table. After being seated and not being waited on- I walked out. No wonder there was hardly anyone in the restaurant or Bar and this was after 5:30 pm. Don’t waste your time!!

The black manager in charge this evening 6/15/21 threaten to call police because I wanted to pay with my credit card using the register instead of the remote device, he refused. I asked for his District Managers information again he refused. I travel the states a lot and frequent Chili's , this is the first time I have encountered this situation and this employee's lack of intelligence to resolve the issue without threatening patrons. This behavior is totally unacceptable in any leadership role - I REFUSE to dine at this location anymore.

We only ate here because it was close to our hotel. Frankly, I wish I had pigged out on BBQ after all. I got a bad vibe from the female bartender almost the moment we walked in. It seemed we were a bother to her. She seated us in the bar area at a newly-mopped-off table that was still wet and took our drink orders. Those took a while to receive...It was only WATER. Why would water take so long to arrive? We chose the 2 for $25. menu option. Our starter salads took another 20 minutes at least, and I may be a slow eater, but she was ready to snatch mine out from under me before I was even finished. I had to stop her. Our entrees arrived at different times and that shouldn't happen. They weren't bad, but when we asked for to-go boxes, she brought one, then another after we had filled up the first one. Inexplicable, but I told my husband, "I just want to go," because I was fed up with the behavior. A different young woman brought our dessert and a young man brought over the credit card scanner thing. My husband said the tips on it started at 18%. That's a joke, right? I noticed she had about 3-4 patrons sitting at the bar area the whole time, and was sociable and friendly with them but was abrupt and rushed with us, even though we were the only ones at a table in the bar section. I won't say why it may have been this way. We were nothing but polite to her but I feel we were not a priority at all. It was disappointing that we were treated this way, because we liked Birmingham and met a lot of nice people. But this was a terrible dining experience. Attitude is everything, and that reflects back on oneself.
