Our first time dining out, great experience at Jason's deli! If you're a squeamish at all about germs, I highly recommend eating here. Everyone was wearing masks and gloves, tape on the floor telling you where to go, disposable menus, tables blocked off, hand gel at door, even icecream in a to go cup. Proof that restaurants can do things the right way

We love the food there and am always pleased. Today 03/01/2020 the dining room was a hot mess. Every table in the place was dirty. We had to wait to get one cleaned. It was only one guy doing the cleaning off the tables and he was in slow mode. The order line wasn’t busy enough that someone couldn’t have came and helped clean tables. We weren’t the only ones who had to wait .We were there an hour and the tables were still dirty when we left. It won’t stop me from eating there but maybe on Sundays have two bus boys cleaning.The food was delicious. I am still waiting for you to bring the Onion Soup back.

Got super sick yesterday after eating there...lobster soup and salad bar..I'm still suffering. I will NEVER eat there again!!!! If you want to get super sick and go back to work and camp out in the bathroom the rest of the day...eat there!!
Jason's Deli in Brookwood Village is what I call a perfect lunch spot. I always see workers here with their colleagues on lunch breaks, but it also serves as a great spot for lunch if you're Christmas shopping at Brookwood Village like I was. I ordered a cup of Maine lobster chowder off their seasonal menu. Perfect for cold weather! I'd never heard of or tried lobster chowder before, but I enjoyed every bit of it. The only reason I don't give this location 5 stars is because my phone service here was very slow. Not sure if this location is just so concentrated in the middle of the mall or what. But my data was not working, so no browsing on my phone while I ate. So I didn't want to sit and stay here too long. Hopefully it's not their strategy to keep people coming in and out! Sneaky! The cashier and entire staff I interacted with was very friendly and seemed very happy to be working here. I finished off my meal with their FREE ice cream! You can choose between chocolate or vanilla, top it off with syrup, and choose between a cone or a bowl. Makes sense why it's an easy decision to come eat here!

Service was terrible. Everything on the menu is overpriced. Quality of the food was bad, and the restaurant looked like it hadn’t been cleaned it days. Would highly recommend not dining here.

Jason's Deli, I'm a big fan. This chain is a nice option for soups, salad, and sandwiches. The counter service restaurant is in that category that is between fast food and full service dining. The menu is extensive and there is something for everyone. My favorite sandwiches are the Rueben THE Great, Beefeater, and the Muffelatta. I love the Spicy Seafood Gumbo and the Tomato Basil. The half sandwich and cup of soup is the perfect meal for me. For under $10 you get a great combination, and soft serve ice cream is included. This location is clean and organized. It is conveniently located at Brookwood mall. I don't believe there is an entrance from inside the mall, but it is attached. This is a MUCH better option than anything in the mall's food court.
