McAlister's Deli

Walked to cash register. Worker didn't even acknowledge we were standing at the register. Then asks about a tip before payment. Mam you ignored us for 10 min and didn't even greet us. After saying thank you she rolled her eyes. Very disrespectful and this is a new place. You would think there would be good managers. This place will more than likely close if they can't find decent workers with a positive attitude.

Just trying to place an order. The person at the cash register. Im guessing her name was Jakora wasnt very helpful but I let i slide cause this was my first time coming here. Place my order asked foe a sweet tea. She told me their currently making it.. i said ok whats it take an hour (jokingly). The orange hair girl behind her had a snap dragon reponse and said 30 min didnt even look at me actually. So Jakora looks at me rolls her eyes says you wanna wait. I said no . Not even 30 seconds later a white lady comes and said that she had sweet tea. Jakora looks at the machine and says we are making it the lady says about how long she tells her 5 min. Im just trying to figure out why i was discriminated against?

Horrible !! LAZY…. They need new managers and New workers . They throw your food together. They NEVER have your order right & I MEAN “NEVER”. The guy that’s a MANAGER told me a COOKIE doesn’t come with a KID’s MEAL . How??? 3 or more times I have been there and their customer service have been below surface level. SHUT IT DOWN & START OVER. I want to send a email to CORPORATE. It’s LOW BUDGET & ruining MCalister’s Corporate NAME.

The wait is very long even if it is a to-go order.. there is a drive thru that you can use if you order through the app or online and I had all kinds of issues with that. It was quite frustrating

Waited over an hour between ordering and receiving my food. 2 people working the counter. This is absolutely unacceptable

The service was completely unsatisfactory. The server/ cashier was very dismissive. Saw that I was at the window but took care of a customer inside. I literally waited about 10 minutes before she decided to come to the window. Today is 9/20/24 @8:50pm, and the worker was unapologetic for her lack of interest in assisting me in picking up my food. She was a young black girl with long curly weave. I know people need a job but if you don’t know how to service people then you shouldn’t be in that field of work. My first and last time. The kitchen staff did a good job with the food. I recommend replacing that lazy unenthusiastic and rude girl

Wasted an hour of our life at this place. Never again. Took an hour to eat lunch and our food was sent back multiple times because it was not correct. Soup had a black blob of something in it, who knows what. So disappointing because McAllisters is typically a great place to visit.

Decided to dine in with my partner during our lunch break. Had a bit of a lunch rush going on so it’s understandable for a wait time but us and other customers were waiting 45 minutes to an hour before we were served. Food was good but the preparation was a tad on the slow side.

All I got was lettuce in my southwestern salad. No meat, hard avocado, a small amount of cheese.
