The salad was good but not enough salad dressing

We didnt dine in. We stayed at a hotel close by (walking distance) I was so hungry after surgery. I got the club. My husband the Rubin. His only issue was it wasnt saucey enough but he really liked it. We also got soup. My only complaint was the bacon should be a little more crispy. He loved is broccoli cheddar soup.. otherwise....so so good. And the price was shocking. 2 sandwiches and 2 cups of soup ..less than 40.00...yes please!

That was the worst sandwich ever. I got the McAllister club and the bread was burnt, bacon was old, and too much lettuce. They have the nerve to ask if you want to tip after spending $12- $13 for a sandwich. They've lost my business.

The workers here do not meet any standards for health codes they had their hair down and everything. There was hair in my food and the cook who said he would remake it was picking his nose while he talked to us.

The staff didnt seem happy to serve anyone. The look on their faces after dropping off a dish to some folks at their table said they were inconvenienced by having to do so. The order was correct all four days I stopped here for my to go dinner. The salads are wonderful with great dressings! Will return when I'm out in Birmingham again. Thank you for a unique salad!

Wow! Traveling on vacation and saw McAllister‘s and thought yes! A safe restaurant that will be tasty for our group of six. My MISTAKE!!! The employee taking orders managed to get 3 out of the 6 orders wrong. Once we asked for the right order. The employee discussed in our ear shot if she was going to make another sandwich 🤦🏼‍♀️ Really!!! Horrible customer service experience!!!! Save your time go to chick-fil-a it’s on the opposite side of the road but worth the time.

I was very excited about the chicken tortilla soup, paid almost 7 dollars for a bowl of nacho cheese (literally looks and taste like nacho cheese) and a few pieces of green onions, and only 3 little pieces of chicken, its not worthy at all!!!

Came to pick up an order. They had already given it to someone else. No apology. Remade the order with an attitude as if i was the one that made them hand it to the wrong person

My wife loves this place. I’m warming to it. Their breads are very good. Out server was great with a beautiful smile. Was pricey tho.
