Let me set the scene: it’s been a long day. I’m tired. I’m hungry. I pull into McDonald’s like a loyal customer, ready to receive the warm embrace of comfort food and corporate consistency. I place my order with precision. Nuggets? Check. Fries? Check. A drink to wash away the day? Check.
SAUCE? CHECK. I REPEAT, SAUCE. CHECK.

Lobby says 6 am drive thru says 24 hours. Those are lies. Rolled up about 5:22 sat and waited till 5:40 give or take NOTHING. Called to get some answers NOTHING. Terrible McDonald’s don’t waste your time.

Set at the speaker for 30 mins nothing was said to me like please wait, one moment or nothing had 2 other cars waiting behind me and the food wasn’t even fresh. Pretty sad after all that time spent and couldn’t even get fresh food. They need a new night crew or something. Music in there playing loud don’t know if that anything to do with the poor service

This used to be my favorite McDonald’s in the area because the food was always good and the service was always quick and polite. I don’t know what happened but in the past few months it’s gone very downhill. Today I ordered on the mobile app and picked up in the drive thru, and when I was being handed my food at the window the only thing to worker said to me during the entire interaction was “uh huh” and an eye roll after I said thank you. And then I went to eat my food and my Big Mac didn’t have any cheese. :( But I didn’t go back because I was afraid they would just be more pissed at me for existing on the premises again.

I truly did not know McDonald’s could sink so low. This place was grossly understaffed and judging by the appearance and smell, it’s always that way. On top of that employees that are there are rude. They don’t want to be there and they don’t want to serve. The less customers they see in a day the better. I don’t blame the employees, that’s a sign of TERRIBLE management and workplace culture. The fries were stale, and the my qtr pounder patty was stale. I wasted my money and threw out my meal. Do the employees here and yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
