First time eating here. They gave me a sauce sampler. Food was fresh and hot. Staff needs training on service. I had to ask after 20 minutes of placing my order where my food was. It was sitting on counter half finished.

This Milo's served the way Milo's served food whenever franchises began. Hamburger had extra meat, plenty of sauce and hot, salted fries. The sweet tea was good. The Milo's in Gardendale is not like this one.

This company and store is racing to the bottom. Once upon a time, you could expect quality. Now you can expect to be charged for condiments when you dine in.
