This Milo's served the way Milo's served food whenever franchises began. Hamburger had extra meat, plenty of sauce and hot, salted fries. The sweet tea was good. The Milo's in Gardendale is not like this one.
Great food, great service. It's a little slow, but I've only gone during lunch rush, which is expected.

It is the lady who has her hair up, wearing a jacket, no name tag who was rude. I know you won't change now, so why bother. I just won't come back. Another brand that forgot the customer.
I've filled a form on your site a while back, a year ago. Same experience today. Frankly the employees know better, but I can't totally fault them. They are just following managements lead, be it district or corporate.

This company and store is racing to the bottom. Once upon a time, you could expect quality. Now you can expect to be charged for condiments when you dine in.
The manager working front line saw this 1 star on my phone as I sat down to eat.
The restroom was a wreck as well.

great place. they let us have our bible lesson here, and we had a great time.
Parking: big parking space to the right of the restaurant.
