I love coming to O’Henrys when I’m visiting my hometown from out of town, but this experience with the barista was awful! Always have a pleasant experience here but not today, the barista taking our order was rude & not friendly at all.

Really want to like O'Henrys, as the interiors are a great ambiance and staff are friendly. But everytime I order a latte (tried 3 or 4 times now), it's just never what I'm looking for in terms of taste or body, either far too sweet or overly bitter.
My son goes to college near here and I look for excuses to visit so I can get the honey cinnamon latte- it is soooo good. I’ve tried to get it elsewhere and it never comes close. Everyone is always so nice and I love the “vibe” of the coffee shop.
