The smoothies are great but the place is never opened on time. The hours are from 7 am - 7pm and I’m not walking in until 7:30. That’s ridiculous.

I usually go to the Planet Smoothie in Inverness, which is amazing, but I was in the neighborhood of the location on Oxmoor so I stopped in there. I was told this location is not owned by the same people, and boy could I tell!I ordered the Grape Ape as I usually do. The guy made it and it was awful! It tasted like peanut butter. I took it back inside and he had not rinsed the mixer out before he made my fruity smoothie. So he rinsed the pitcher and remade it. Peanut butter was still running down the outside of the pitcher. The smoothie was still not so great. He told me that the other place used artificial sweetener and they don't. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this location.

Just finished a work out and the drink I had was a little warm, really wanted something cold and refreshing. Just discovered that this place was here, so thought I would check it out. Small strip mall (like three businesses sharing the space) and about a dozen parking spots out front. I almost wondered if they were open, the parking lot was empty when I got there. Walked in and the person working behind the counter really didn't say much until I asked if I could please get a - THE LAST MANGO (mango, peaches, bananas, orange sherbet). I'll give him this, he made it exceptionally fast. Had my order to me in about 2 minutes. Got me checked out and on my way. The Smoothie itself was a pretty good blend of the flavors with the mango standing out the most. Actually really faint to no banana flavor. Like I said the smoothie was pretty good, but in comparing with other smoothie locations, this one just didn't wow enough to get boosted to a four star rating. I would return here and try some of the other smoothie combinations and maybe find that four (or five) star blend.

The service and smoothies are good. HOWEVER, the worker was not wearing gloves. I would expect anybody preparing food to wear gloves, but ESPECIALLY during the COVID-19 pandemic.
