I go here daily. I ordered a medium vanilla cappuccino and the cup only had the amount of a small in it. I have never had this happen, so I called to inform them of this. I was given excuses of this is what happens to a cappuccino if you don't instantly drink it. I explained that I get these daily and allow them to sit just as I did today, but have never had it happen where I paid for a medium, but received the serving amount for the small cup. VERY DISSATISFIED! Why am I as a customer paying for a medium if you know that all I will be receiving is a small?!!!!

Honestly the best coffees I've ever had and the pimento sausage biscuit is to die for. So many flavors and options to choose from. The service is also great - Molly makes the best drinks!

I miss this place. The coffee is soooooo good! The flavor and caffeine combination was perfect. Also the food is really good. The portion size was just right. During my next visit to Homewood, I'm definitely stopping by to get coffee and a chicken salad sandwich. Thank You for great food and awesome customer service.

A Convenient Pitstop for Coffee Lovers! If you're in need of a caffeine fix on the go, look no further than Red Mountain Espresso! Red Mountain Espresso shines as a fantastic drive-thru option for coffee lovers. The convenience of staying in your car while getting your coffee fix is a game-changer, especially on those cold winter mornings! While they don't offer dine-in options, their range of coffee drinks is sure to satisfy your cravings. From lattes to cappuccinos and everything in between, they've got you covered with a variety of delightful coffee concoctions. However, it's worth noting that their pastry selection is a bit limited. So, if you're expecting an extensive array of baked goods, you might be slightly disappointed. Nevertheless, the focus on coffee quality definitely compensates for this minor drawback. What truly sets Red Mountain Espresso apart is the speed and efficiency of their service. Whether you're in a hurry or just prefer the convenience of a drive-thru, their friendly staff ensures you get your coffee promptly and with a smile. So, if you're cruising around Homewood, AL and in need of a coffee pick-me-up, Red Mountain Espresso is your go-to destination. Fast service, great coffee, and the ease of a drive-thru. #RedMountainEspresso #CoffeeOnTheGo #CaffeineFix

I love their coffee blends and flavors. RME is my go-to for coffee every morning....I like them wat better than Starbucks. The customer service is really good. The food is ok. I wish they offered a breakfast crescent or bagel because I don't like biscuits. ? ...overall the coffee is on point.

There are some good qualities and of course some bad qualities of every business regardless of what they are. Red Mountain Expresso is no different. Jasmine and I came here on Monday mid afternoon. We needed a pick me up as it was a hot day. Something cold maybe even frozen with some added Expresso would be the go to at least for me. We pulled into Red Mountain Expresso. This was our first time goring through the drive through, we did not know the menu or anything about this spot before Monday. Listen, I work in the food industry and understand that when it is close to closing time, employees will become very snappy. But since we had not been here before we were expecting at least decent customer service at the very least. When you drive up, you first sit in front of a large menu. This menu has all sorts of items from coffee, smoothies and some food options too. A lot of the food options aren't anything different then what you would find anywhere else in Homewood. Chicken salad, pimento, the southern classics. Driving up to the window we had questions for the girl working, she was impatient and quite rude. We asked questions about frapp flavors, smoothie flavors and what could be made into a frapp or not into a frapp. I get it that at this time in the day, you might find yourself on repeat telling all sorts of different people the same things over and over again. But when its not listed on the menu anywhere, of course people are going to ask questions. The employee told us that they could do vanilla, caramel, mocha or hazelnut frappes, claiming basically any flavor that they had currently they could make into a frapp. But when I asked if the could make a raspberry white chocolate as this was the flavor of the ,onto into a frapp she shot me down very quickly. This honestly confused me, since they do have that as a flavor why can't they make it into a frapp. Another thing that honestly baffled me was that none of the flavors of drinks were listed anywhere on the menu. The menu is so expansive you would think they could create a small corner for flavor choices. I winded up getting a hazelnut frapp and Jasmine got a strawberry smoothie. Both of us were quite pleased with our choices in the end. We even split a slice of chocolate cake. This cake was by far the best. It was creamy, rich and packed with flavor. This has to be some of the best chocolate cake in town and that definitely says something. Overall, customer service was terrible. But the food and beverages were great. If I find myself needing a pick me up and am passing through Homewood like I was the other day, I would go back. Maybe this was just an off day for the girl working the window.
