I love shopping at Sam's club. This sam's needs more employees. The staff is great.

You’d have better luck finding an employee working in the sporting goods department at Walmart than getting any help here. Had a pickup scheduled for 3-4pm and at 5pm it hadn’t even been assigned yet. Had to go into the store and walk around to find someone to help me. Meanwhile I noticed that it seemed like there were more employees on break than working. Long story short, I got there at 3:45pm and didn’t get my pickup until 5:50pm.

Review of the tire center only - the tire center is no longer helpful. I will go to Trussville or Hoover from now on. This location needs a process overhaul today. I am going to elevate the issue to the highest management level possible. Member experience should be the same for each location or rethink the staff. You have at 6 people least just walking around and one skilled labor carrying the load. Awful

I decided to get a slice a pizza from here, since i was driving by. I usually have a good experience when I stop by, and today I still managed to have a good experience. The only downfall was the line being pretty lengthy, but it was expected since it was lunch time on a Saturday. I probably was only in line maybe 3 min before I placed my order. I got 1 slice of the 3 meat with a large icee. And the wait for my pizza was not long since they usually cook the pizza back to back. My pizza was really cheesy and had the perfect amount of meat for my liking. And the best part was the price it was only 3$ for both item. Covid precautions are pretty much not a thing anymore. And if you're not a sam's member then you're missing out on the experience to try.

I love shopping at Sam's for my bigger bulk items, but they way everyone's attitudes was today makes me want to reconsider my membership ! The man in the front in the green shirt told me to "move my cart out of the isle" no hey how are u , can I help you nothing just very rude ! Next thing the lady at the counter of the food court all the drinks was out , I told her at the counter she said I and I quote honey they are just all out ?? She didn't help me one bit and proceeded to keep talking to another team member. So I left with no drink because it was inconvient for her after I purchased this !!! However the lady at the customer service desk and the ladies at the door was nice . BUT THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR AND attitude makes me want to take my business somewhere else ! Customer Service should be #1!!!!

It's a great store for buying quantities of things such as papertowels,plates,cups etc. It's just a great store,I love it.

I went to Sam's Club for a churro and a hotdog. Unfortunately, they were out of churros, and the hot dog was meh. The staff is always very nice, and the service is always very fast. The hotdog was just mediocre, but it was about as I expected it to taste. We ate ours there, but you have the option to take it to go since it comes wrapped up. The best part about the hotdog combo is the price! It's super cheap and the perfect end to your shopping experience. I'm giving 4 stars because even though the hotdog wasn't the tastiest, you get exactly what you pay for.

Employees are very confrontational when asked a question. I had one employee chase me from the back of the store to the front because of a policy change. The employee was extremely confrontational and proceeded to get confrontational with another employee about the policy. That's not how you should handle things in front of the customers.

It was ok. Just went inside to get my card upgraded. It took over thirty minutes because if the line being so long. They had three people working but only two was waiting on the customers. Finally I reached the counter. The woman representative was not very knowledgeable with the computer. Couldn't find my information made me a little frustrated
I purchased a battery from Sam’s exactly 6 months ago. The battery has left me stranded as Sam’s doesn’t open in the tire and battery section until 10am. Never buy a battery from Sam’s. Besides the fact that the battery only lasted 6 months, nothing can be done if you depend on your car having a reliable battery. Don’t buy anything here that you depend on even with a warranty. Waiting on the store with a business plus membership and no one available to help. #Lessonlearned

I love sharing great experiences, but when I have horrible ones, I have to forewarn others. I have been to this Sam's Club two days in a row and experienced the worst pickup of any store I have ever shopped. Yesterday, I waited an hour and as I am writing this, I have been waiting 30 min and just watched 2 other customers who waited with me pull off. The attitude of the pickup staff member yesterday was absolutely horrendous and she behaved as if I was an inconvenience to her. I was calm, courteous, and patient until she finally brought out my five cases of water 45 min AFTER the items were supposed to be ready and just dropped them at my car and walked off with an apology or offer to help. I put them in my car, got her attention to ask if she is supposed to help load the items and her flippant response after leaning into my window was 'Yes' and walked off.Today is so much better and shout to Brittney for today being a complete turn around!!! She should take over this area and the other young lady demoted to clean up crew or something else along the lines of her attitude towards customer service

I give 2 stars instead of 1 ONLY because the food is good WHEN you can get it.This morning they were supposed to open at 10:00 AM. They didn't start putting in pizzas, hot dogs, or ice cream mix until after 10:00.We waited for the berry sundaes to be ready and, as usual, the workers made sure there was only juice and almost no berries in in the cup. When my wife complained, the girl became rude. My wife asked for a manager and was told he was "somewhere out on the floor " While my wife left to find a manager, I sat in the dining area and listened to the girl run her mouth complaining loudly about my wife both to a coworker and to a customer. The manager corrected the sundaes and brought them up to the spec sheet standard.

I would like to give a huge shout out to the bakery at Sam’s Club in Homewood, Alabama I never knew about their 3 tier cakes until this weekend. Cake and cupcakes were delicious. I will be ordering my son’s cake their next year as well. You guys really did a great job. #Nerf Cake
