I’ve ordered from this place many times. On several occasions, I’ve waited over 20-30 minutes for a smoothie—even when placing the order online. I never complained or left a negative review. There have also been times when the taste was noticeably inconsistent, but I still kept coming back.
Recently, I stopped tipping online and started bringing cash to tip in person if my order is ready when I arrive. Today, my order was actually ready—and I had $5 in my pocket, ready to tip. But then I noticed a message written on my cup: “Be a Giver.”
That was the final straw. Unfortunately, it’s the business owners who are impacted.
Tips are earned not expected!

I commented 3 years ago and have five stars. I commented today and somehow my comment was erased. Next I’ll be contacting corporate. Again your worker is rude and shoved my GOGO Goji bowl at me and rolled her eyes. Other customers witnessed how classless and rude she was for no reason. Whoever is hiring doesn’t have an eye for talent.

The gals are super nice. The smoothie is good, however you could not taste any berries in this Power Meal - Blueberry Raspberry smoothie - a lot of vanilla flavor you tasted. It was a little chalky/gritty and not overly sweet. I asked my brother to taste to see if it was me and he agreed, there was no berry flavor/taste at all. It was overpowered by the powder additives.
This location is notoriously slow. >10 minutes after ordering at drive through every single visit.

This is the worst most unprofessional,lazy operation. It's a smoothie we are waiting 15 minutes in the drive with no movement. This has to be intentional. I've gone to sit down restaurants and recieved faster service

I spent over 10 minutes waiting in the drive-thru without anyone attending to me after taking my payment. My order was actually placed on the counter, but I had to repeatedly blow my horn and knock on the window to get their attention. I didn’t receive any apology or acknowledgment for my inconvenience.

The general manager is so sweet! I watched her go from team member to shift lead to assistant manager to general manager! My family and I love getting smoothies from her! She makes the best smoothies!
