The only person that would appreciate this place is a person that turn a blind eye to racism. I happened to be here while the owners were there and I speak from a very knowledgeable insight.

I found this place after a LONG day running errands with my wife. We checked out the menu online and were eager to try it out. We got there at the end of a weekend lunch rush. We walked in and were immediately hit in the face with an awful, sour, odor. I ordered the Jamn Gouda and my wife had the melt. The patties on mine had a decent sear/char, plenty of melty gouda, but the bacon jam was the star! Even though the burger was a little greasy and I think they were a little stingy with the jam, all-in-all I liked it and would order it again. My wife's was the total opposite. The patties were grey and they were so greasy that her bun was soggy and fell apart. Not bad but not great either we won't be in a hurry to go back

Extremely disappointed in Soho Social. I have always loved coming here for the unique gluten free pasta salad bowls. I was informed tonight that the pasta has changed to no longer being guaranteed gluten free. This is not notated on the menu and I am very thankful my waiter was aware and asked about allergies. My waiter informed me this is a supplier issue, however, if you care about people with allergies, you will go out of your way to make sure you have safe food for them. This is a restaurant that I have come to frequently and have always felt comfortable until now. Extremely disappointed.

I wilo NEVER go here again. We had a party of 23 and only 3 people were happy with their food. I ordered a medium steak and had to send it back twice. First time it was almost burnt and the second time it was very bloody.

My GOD, man. The music is so loud.

Welcome to Assassin’s Creed: Where Culinary Dreams Meet Acoustic Nightmares

Trussville Social where the fried mushrooms whispers sweet nothings to your taste buds while the live music screams "WITH ARMS WIDE OPEEEEEN" directly into your temporal lobe.

Let's start with the positives: The menu is a love letter to modern American cuisine. The extensive list of specialty cocktails would bring tears to your eyes if you weren't already crying from the acoustic assault of "Higher" playing at what I can only assume is the volume they use to test jet engines.

The ambiance would be charming, with its exposed cinder-block walls and chartreuse curtains, if those same walls weren't literally vibrating from what appears to be a mashup of Creed's greatest hits and what I originally thought was a wolf sanctuary's midnight feeding time. I later learned it was actually a a local musician that will remained unnamed with his full-stack accidentally set at 120 decibels.

The waitstaff deserves combat pay. They've developed impressive lip-reading skills to communicate your order, though I'm pretty sure I accidentally agreed to buy a timeshare when I was just trying to request more Diet Coke. They've mastered the art of bootleg-sign language and can somehow interpret your desperate hand gestures for "Please, for the love of all that's holy, can we turn down Scott Stapp before he takes us even further to his own prison?"

Price: $$$$ I added an extra $ for the hearing aids you'll need after dinner)

stars

Would recommend if:
- You've always wondered what it's like to eat a well prepared meal during a frat-house wolf howling competition
- You're looking to practice your sign language
- You need to drown out your inner thoughts
- You're already deaf

Would not recommend if:
- You enjoy conversation with your dinner companions
- You have functioning eardrums that you'd like to keep functioning
- You've ever uttered the phrase "Can you turn it down a bit?"

Pro tip: The food is actually okay between 2-4 PM when they do system updates on their sound system. Those precious two hours of relative silence are your window to actually taste what their kitchen is capable of creating. Otherwise, I recommend takeout – the food should travel well, and more importantly, Creed doesn't follow you home.

This was my first time coming to this particular restaurant. The hostess was friendly and didn't think twice about my requesting a booth. The waitress greeted me in a timely manner. My grandson was anxious to place his order and she took our orders, along with our drink request. The order came out to us in less than 10 minutes, which was an immediate red flag. My burger and fries were lukewarm and so were the fries that my grandson ordered with his chicken tenders. I requested some hot fries and the waitress happily brought out MORE LUKEWARM FRIES. I finally gave up expecting a good eating experience and just tried to enjoy my grandson, who is 5 and didn't care that his chicken tenders and fries were cold. The waitress said that the fries are "kept under a lamp to keep them warm" and shrugged like there was nothing else she could do. How about dropping some fries in the cooking oil and serving your customers hot food? The waitress was nice, but I think I would have had a better food experience if I had just gone across the street to Jack's. At least I know my food would be hot. If you're just looking for a convenient place to meet friends for a beer and to watch the game, choose this place. If you want good hot food that is cooked to order and not just have someone in the back slapping pre-prepared meals together and tossing it on your plate, I would suggest going around the corner to Ironwood. At least they would try to consider your reasonable complaint and attempt to remedy the issue.

Terrific Sunday brunch spot! Small plates with a set price so we tried several things on the menu. All were delicious. Sat outside on a beautiful day and service was spot on. Thank you!

My friend and I met after work when SoHo is busy, but we were immediately seated. The patio is pretty and comfortable. Good burger and apps. Excellent specialty cocktails.

Our waitress was great. We have the fried pimento balls. Which were great! They came with two dipping sauces. One was a hot sauce(not a fan), and the Other was a ranch that was tasty.
I had a Salmon wrap I didn't like the texture of the things going on in it. So I switched it for the Honey mustard wrap which was way better. Everything else was great. Favorite drink was the Honeysuckle.
