This Subway was clean and had a very pleasant young lady working behind the counter. She was patient and friendly. It may be a family owned store but I don’t know that for sure.
I tried their limited edition Thanskgiving sub. It was different but I like unique things and really enjoy

Got a roast beef sandwich on 10/15/24, the bread was stale and crumbled apart around the crust, in my 30+ years getting Subway sandwiches I've never had my bread crumble and be tasteless. Same for the roast beef. Very disappointed and I will not be going back to this location inside the Walmart of Lakeshore Dr.

I order a salad and they didn’t put any cheese on it and i have never know a salad that does not come with cheese. And the employee was very rude and disrespect toward me. And had a nasty attitude

Placed a mobile order for pickup. I got a buffalo chicken wrap which comes with buffalo sauce and ranch. After I get home, I notice my wrap is completely dry. There was no sauce at all, neither buffalo or ranch. Kinda defeats the purpose of getting a buffalo chicken wrap if there is no buffalo. When I informed the restaurant, the best they could offer me was an apology and that they hoped to see me again soon! No compensation or discount of any kind. Sorry but I won’t be returning if you aren’t willing to give me what I paid for.

Just got me a turkey bacon club six inch and my goodness the bread was so soft and the sandwich was awesome. It's been a long time since I had a great deli sandwich. And the service was top notch with smiles and everything! I will be coming back.
