Very nice Taco Bell it’s a shame. The drive thru line is a joke everyone is in park in the line and about four people in front of me drove off while I waited. Not sure what could possibly be taking so long? Fast food? I was in the line damn near 35 min w only 3 people in front of me

Every time I go through the drive thru they play games with having you pull up so they can keep their ticket times down. One order of fries took 15 minutes and they didn't even have them when I went through the drive thru a second time.

The drive thru person was very rude, and impatient when I asked for a moment. I finished my order, and he seemed very irritated that I was even there. I then asked for an ice water and he said “you’ll have to pay for that.” I said “okay” and then he proceeds to try to charge me for a large Pepsi. I never mind paying around 75¢-$1 for a water, but when I asked “is water the same price as soda?” He said “yup” very sternly, and then sighed when I asked him to take it off. Food was great as always, but he was very rude, and I never recall paying almost $4 for ice water.

I went there for lunch today, but when I tried to order from the drive through, I was asked to come inside to order. (No signs that the drive through was closed) I informed the attendant that my child was in a car seat, and asked if I could order from the drive through.
At this time someone else got on the speaker and informed me that they were short staffed and said that they were only taking orders from inside. I hate that they are short staffed but there were only two cars in the parking lot. I don’t really understand how me ordering from inside would help them any more than the drive through??? Also, the second person I spoke to was rude.

Service was good. Employees were professional, without a lot of loud talking. I do not like that Taco Bell no longer has an employee to take your orders when eating inside. Yet employees did help customers to self-order their food if help was asked for. Restaurant, tables, and floor were clean. Food was fresh and quite good.
