Taco Mama is a fun restaurant with cute themed decor in a great neighborhood in Birmingham. Very family friendly and the food was fresh and delicious! Our server, Cayden, was helpful when trying to figure out how to accommodate an allergy in our party and provided exceptional service with a smile. He even chatted with my daughter about colleges, which she really appreciated. We will be back!

Taco Mama in Edgewood is our weekly family dinner on taco Tuesdays! Jordan and Kobe treat us like family and practically know our order before we get to the counter. Going to Taco Mama on Tuesdays is just part of our weekly routine. It’s been that way since it opened nearly a decade ago and I hope it stays that way for the next several decades. I love this place!

I came in on Cinco De Mayo with a double date and let me say, Jordan is the best!!(He need a raise and a promotion!).It was very very busy but Jordan took the time to greet us while we were standing in the line, showed us around because it was our first time and he did his big one. Mad sure we were good all the way till yall closed. Thank you Jordan and we will be back!

What a standup guy, checked with us to make sure we had everything we needed, and I believe he truly represents what Taco Mama stands for as a whole. 10/10 experience from the food and service.

This is a great restaurant. I usually don't do Mexican restaurants that are not owned by Mexicans but this place was delectable. It was made better by the wait staff. I knew nothing about the menu and a young woman named Faith took time out of her very busy schedule to guide me through the menu even though they were slam-packed full. Personable and friendly service goes a long way and I commend this young woman for engendering a wholly satisfying dining experience. Thanks to Faith I will be back!
