So I had a weird experience here today. So this Location is placed at the end of a strip mall & they have a drive thru. Which I think is a great business idea. However, sometimes the drive thru line can move very slow because theyāre focusing on their customers inside. Which I completely get & understand. Iām pretty patient for the most part. It was one girl trying to make it work. But, several times I saw her completing customers orders & she didnāt even bother to just acknowledge me & say āHello Iāll be with you shortlyā instead she just kept helping all the customers in line. A car behind me got livid & drive off. Then I finally realized maybe after 15 mins sheās literally ignoring me. I even beeped (not to be rude) but to ask if I needed to go inside instead. I drive off & I went inside.. I was going to address the situation or simply ask āare we no longer doing drive thru orders?ā But I realized it was a young girl! So it just didnāt sit right with me to say anything.I choose to ignore it. But her aura and vibe was off. The way she handled meā¦compared to the other ppl I watched her serveā¦. just didnāt sit right with me. Paying $17 plus tip for a frozen yogurt. There needs to be a certain level of customer service.

TCBY's fat free, sugar free, soft serve yogurt option is a Godsend for me in my healthy lifestyle weight loss journey. About once every 6 or 7 weeks I get their regular sized fat free, sugar free vanilla or butter pecan (whichever is available), and it does not cause weight gain, nor prevent weight loss. Having this delightful treat every now and then helps me to stay on track. I am so thankful to have this option available to me.
