TCBY's fat free, sugar free, soft serve yogurt option is a Godsend for me in my healthy lifestyle weight loss journey. About once every 6 or 7 weeks I get their regular sized fat free, sugar free vanilla or butter pecan (whichever is available), and it does not cause weight gain, nor prevent weight loss. Having this delightful treat every now and then helps me to stay on track. I am so thankful to have this option available to me.

Thank you Olivia!!! Went in craving a sweet treat but wasn't sure what I wanted and Olivia was kind enough to help me figure out exactly what I wanted!!! Olivia was extremely sweet and helped me with recommendations and explanations!! She was extremely kind and polite despite the store closing in 5 minutes!!!! Even forgot I couldn't go behind the counter and rather than being rude she politely explained we werent allowed back there!! best experience I've ever had at this TCBY!!! Olivia deserves everything!! thank you!!

Didn’t order anything wasn’t clean very dirty looking on the inside and it smelled awful. The workers had no gloves on and didn’t look welcoming.

It’s the night of Tri Delta formal, and me and my girlfriend were in the mood for some ice cream. And wait, what is that? TCBY is 2 minutes from Urban Cookhouse? “That was my moms favorite ice cream growing up! Let’s go!” Was the most regretful phrase I have ever uttered. The overpriced “vanilla” ice cream didn’t take long to set in before formal was over. I felt like Paul Pierce in 2008 for any of my basketball fans out there. Your experience might be different and I pray it was/will be. Godspeed TCBY.

Way too expensive. $7.14 for a small with one topping. Oh, and they ditched mini m&ms and opted for normal size - not appropriate for my yogurt. I confirmed the same order would be $4.95 at the Auburn location.TCBY - I have been loyal for a long time but this was absurd. Do better.

The owner worked the store today. He charged what he wanted for one medium waffle cone with ice cream ($8.35). Also over charged my friend. It was obvious the ice cream had completely unthawed and was frozen again due to separation in the cream and ice mixture. My ice cream had large ice chips in it. He told every other customer how his wife does much better at servicing the customers than he does. I'm sure he's right, considering the ice cream was awful. The trash can is full of cups that have icecream/froyo in them right outside of the building.

Always delicious. I’ve been going to TCBY for as long as I can remember. Ngl I miss the old logo, but I don’t mind the new one. The Asian woman that works here is so sweet and the best employee no doubt. She’s always smiling and radiates good energy. Love this place
