I work for UAB. We had a graduation on June 13. I came onboard with UAB after the graduation arrangements and catering reservations were already made. Mary Jones with Happy Catering was sure to inform me of all the reservation details from the menu, to the arrival time, to checking to ensure her staff had phone numbers in case the delivery location posed a problem for them at arrival.
